DO NOT use this company. They are a broker and may provide you the lowest price over the phone, but they do not tell you about the additional fees to expect with the companies they work with. In my recent move, they also told me completely different information from the actual moving company related to delivery. I expected my items to be delivered in 1 – 2 days on an instate move and when the company arrived and loaded my things it was 3 – 5 days! I ended up paying more than $ 500 on top of the estimate provided by budget and when my items finally arrived many things were broken and missing — they even tried to deliver someone’s baby seat to me (random). DON’T use Budget if you expect clear, accurate information from a broker and a quality moving company.
