I would rank this Togo’s below average. I love Togo’s but this one was the worse. I ordered a Large turkey and cheese. I told the employee my order and he totally messed it up the first time and the second time there was very little turkey. At all other locations they give me double the amount they gave me at this location. I would recommend a different location. This wasn’t the first time I felt ripped off at this location and I have a feeling if I go back it won’t be the last!

Great location for fresh and healthy fast food. My son especially loves having baskin robbin ice cream in the same store.

This location is interesting; it seems they have a joint-venture set up with Baskin Robbins. The staff on hand was very friendly and welcoming. I believe the woman who helped me was a manager; she was very patient and helpful. Other staff members seemed alert and enjoying their job. My main gripe is the dining area. There’s a(somewhat) decent amount of space for indoor seating, but the way it’s set up is awful. There are three 2-person tables, a table with a single seat(which looks totally strange and out of place) JUSTTHERE in the middle of the area, and then three sets of three 2-person tables put together to accommodate 6 people. There isn’t enough room for the lunch rush; single-seating diners are forced to take up the six-seated tables, and overflow tries to find seats outside. And don’t forget, this is also supposed to accommodate Baskin Robbins diners as well… Also, the prices for this location seem higher than other TOGO’s I’ve been to. $ 7.75 for a regular Pastrami sandwich? I know they put«over ¼ a pound» of meat on there, but surely that’s not worth THAT much money. Seems over-priced here. Finally, the only bathroom in the establishment was out of service at the time of my visit. If I’m in the area next time, I might stop by to see if any thing’s changed, but overall it’s a decent place to get a quick, delicious bite.

Don’t usually eat sandwiches but wanted something quick and easy to eat. Decided on Togo’s since it’s close to work. Ordered the #2 — Black Forest Ham and Cheese. Simple enough, can’t mess it up. The sandwich itself was constructed just fine but it only had 1 slice of ham. Yes, seriously. The bread to meat ratio was not in my favor. I had it to go. Had I eaten it there I would have brought it to their attention. Staff is super friendly though!

If I could give them no stars I would. Cheapest thinnest wrap I’ve ever had at any Togos ever. Luckily I was just a few doors down at the Starbucks to work when I took my to-go wrap to eat. Opened it up and it was nothing but lettuce and very little veggies. And there was ABSOLUTELYNOCHICKEN in my wrap. Had I drove off I woulda paid 5 bucks for tortilla and lettuce. Took the wrap back and the girl looked shocked to see me back. I told them there was no chicken in it and they ‘fixed it’. Yup they just put very little chicken and little veggies. It was a skimpy cheaply made tortilla wrap. I love ToGos and I’ve been to many. This one is the worst I’ve ever been to. I’m filing a complaint w corporate offices bcthis location does not represent the brand or expectations well at all.

I love TOGO’S sandwiches, but the inconsistency of some of the employees here is a real downer. Some of them are fantastic, friendly, and helpful — skinny skateboarder dude I’m talking to you. But there’s one employee in particular who is like the world’s worst sandwich maker. Like if I see him behind the counter when I walk in, I think«Turn around now while you still can — he’ll only break your heart with his half-assed shitty sandwiches.» Every time he makes my sammich, he takes like 30 seconds from start to finish because he’s so careless and he always, ALWAYS, screws up the order. Today, again, I asked for mayo, no mustard. I repeated myself three times, he repeated it back to me, and damn TOGO’S super-high countertops where you can’t see your sandwich as it’s being made… I get home to find a sandwich with no mayo, just mustard. I’m the idiot, because he does this almost every time and yet I still go back.

This location is excruciatingly slow. I’ve been to a few different ones and this one is by far the worst. I wish they would get some new employees and speed things up.

Just hire more people or get a catering dept to help manage to go and call in orders. Ordered an hour ago and didn’t make my order now I’m currently waiting and they messed up the order and tried to half ass my orders

DONOTEATHERE!!! This is the WORST Togo’s/Quizno’s/Subway BYFAR in the LA area; there are massive health code violations! How are they staying open?! I often go to the Ralph’s in the same plaza and one day on the way there I got hungry. Since I don’t like shopping on an empty stomach I decided to stop in here for a quick bite. Ordered the turkey sandwich combo and while he’s making my sandwich, I go to get some iced tea and notice the container that holds the tea is murky and moldy. WTF?! To be sure I pour some in my cup and smelled it. What a mistake. The stench of at least a month old tea is… beyond any words I can articulate. The only other worse smell is perhaps dead body but I digress. I tell the guy behind the counter and he calls to an older Asian lady(the owner I assume) and she mumbles something I can’t understand and takes the container to the back. No apologies, no I’ll make a new batch, no nothing. If the tea container sat out collecting mold for over a month then can you imagine what the sandwich prep area is like. I started thinking about it and was so grossed out, I lost all appetite for this place. By the time the guy handed me the sandwich I told him to throw it in the trash. He didn’t seem surprised. What a complete waste of money. I walked out with a sigh, a heavy heart and an empty stomach, shaking my head. How can such a place exist here?

I’ve been here twice, and twice I’ve gotten a soggy, WAY over-breaded roll for my sandwich. I used to like TOGO’s, but for $ 8 including a drink, it really isn’t better than Subway(yes I mean that as an insult). Their flavor combos are unimpressive, and they don’t offer any special sauce or anything that makes them special. Just another crappy sandwich.

Overpriced and under cooked, my sandwich was all bread. The meatballs were frozen and presentation was horrid

They put a metal screw in my sandwich. A big metal screw. They weren’t apologetic at all, and now are trying to skirt responsibility for literally cracking my tooth. It requires major dental work. You’re the worst, Togo’s!

I am a big fan of TOGO’S but I don’t know about this location. I am pretty sure they are cheating on the portion of the meat. Out of the bread most of time. Employees look all miserable work there. They save the gloves for the next guest. Seriously? Not 100% sure but that might be health dept issue. There’s no coincidence a lot of people that I know got sick after they ate here. I should go back to my regular location in Burbank. Not coming back. It’s just too bad.

I’ve always loved togos compared to Quiznos and subway and have always been pleased with their sandwiches, but I must say today’s experience wasn’t what I’m usually used to. The only thing good about my experience today was the staff, they were friendly and sweet but as far as their sandwich making skills I’m definitely disappointed. The bread was way too toasted and burnt and the sandwich overall was tasteless. I don’t know if it’s the sandwich(California club) I ordered that was just extremely tasteless or the ingredients were old. Overall I wasn’t satisfied with my food at all.

2014 Unilocal365CHALLENGE — 104⁄365 This is an ok TOGO’s location. It’s located in a busy shopping center, so parking can be pretty annoying, and you especially have to look out when you’re backing out of your parking spot because people sometimes just breeze through the plaza. This location is combined with a Baskin Robbin’s, so it’s a bit larger and has an ample amount of seating. My boyfriend and I went here the other day and got our usual — #26 on wheat. He gets the full sized sandwich but I just get the mini classic. TIP: Check-in on the Unilocal app to receive a free fountain drink! After taking a few bites of my sandwich, I realized it was terribly dry. The guy really skimped out on the mayo… it tasted like there was literally none on it. Wasn’t the best TOGO’s sandwich I’ve ever had =/ Overall, ok place to get your sandwich fix. Not the best TOGO’s I’ve ever been to, but it works for the time being.

Not the best Togo’s I have been to. Not acknowledged by staff when we walked in and staff were unfriendly — none of them cracked a smile!
