Teri Hair Salon

Teri the owner is fantastic! My first visit to her salon she made me feel so in-​charge with what I want, suggested few services but I never felt like I’m bring railroaded into something that I will regret later on. She is very friendly, gives you a homey and comfortable ambiance with excellent customer service skills. I will definitely go back to Teri and will be bringing my kids soon. Highly recommended!

I LOVE Teri’s. I have been going here for years she has always done my hair exactly how I wanted and once in awhile she offer me a similar style which always turns out great 100% professional. Teri is the only person I trust to cut my hair.

Jasmine is a stylist here at Teri and essentially the only person I truly trust with my hair. I’ve tried to find suitable substitutes while she has traveled away from LA, and it’s mostly been a trial and error experience. (With many more errors than not.)
I have long, semi stringy, thin and wispy hair, and my own styling abilities are super limited. As in my expertise lies in blow drying, combing and ponytail construction. Jasmine over the course of 2 – 3 hours cuts, perms, and styles my hair into something magnificent. And easy. My hair is wash and go ready, which is exactly what I need.
The salon services are super reasonable in pricing (especially in relation to the quality of work), and the facilities are fairly updated, modern, and clean. I’m very glad to see her back in LA and in this salon space.

I have been a loyal customer of the owner Teri for the last 5 years. I have been coming to this salon since the grand opening. Teri is amazing and so is the salon! I live in Simi Valley which is approximately 50 minutes away and never mind making the drive because she is always well worth it! She never disappoints me! I have super super Curley frizzy hair and until I found Teri I had a hard time finding someone that could give me a treatment that would actually straighten and smooth out my hair without frying it! She exceeded my expectations because she is not only super friendly and accommodating, she is extremely knowledgable and pays the upmost attention to detail which is why I love coming to her.
The salon itself is easy to get to, super clean, modern, relaxing and soothing which is important to me because when I go there all I want to do is relax and be pampered. I always leave there feeling like a million dollars. One of the highlights of my time there is the shampoo bowls which are equipped with neck and back massagers which adds to the amazing experience. I highly recommend this salon!

Teri has been my hairdresser for as long as I can remember. Would drive from OC to LA all the time to get it done. Now that I live in LA its obvious that she is my go to hairdresser!
Her place is clean and welcoming. She is super friendly and will get to know you as a person and a customer. She always looks out for the best interest of your hair and not her.
She is also ORGANIC! So you color lovers come join me. Its still not the BEST thing to do to your hair but at least the harsh chemical smells are not there and its a lot softer on your hair.
Teri i will be back soon! Need to get my hair trimmed =P

This place was recommended by my friend and I was not disappointed when I came out with the haircut I wanted !
I was very satisfied with length she cut. I asked for a trim and to get rid of a few layers. That’s what I got! Not too short and she cut just enough so that my split ends are gone. After she had cut my hair, it was very soft and stayed like that for quite some time.
Teri was also very friendly and knew what she was doing~

I have had my hair under the care of Teri ever since I was in the seventh grade, and now I am a high school Senior. When I first went to Teri, she was working for another salon, but now she has her own business! :-)
She has done straight perms on my hair a couple of times and each time my hair never ended up being damaged. (When I got a straight perm from another salon the ends of my hair became fried.) Teri’s perms also lasted for more than half a year and grew out healthy.
Every hair cut Teri has given me, I have loved and was never disappointed. She has so much skill and she knows what she’s doing and listens to what you want. She’s also very precise and wants to cut your hair perfectly. With $ 40, Teri will wash your hair, cut it to your liking, and style it – I just got a haircut from her yesterday and she cut inches off my hair and worked wonders.
Teri needs more customers because she has too much skill to waste. Not to mention, she’s also really nice and sweet. Go to Teri’s for your next haircut/​perm/​etc. you won’t regret it!

My kids & I have been going to Teri for over 6 years & were thrilled when she opened her own salon. My kids are teens now and they tell her the type of cut they want, and she delivers. We refuse to go anywhere else. She is great & affordable. I would highly recommend her to anyone, male or female. My husband has been going to Teri instead of his regular barber for the past 2 years.
