Stumbled upon this store after going to Sally’s Beauty a few stores down. Associates were helpful, store clean and organized. The clothing really isn’t all that special – you can go to Forever 21 and get similar items for about the same price, if not exactly the same. By the name of the store, I figured the clothing price would be a bit different.

This is a very nice, clean store with a large selection of very well priced in style garments. I went in here to buy a gift certificate for a friend(her request) and was pleasantly surprised. I would totally go back and shop here. The clerk was very friendly and helpful.

this store is a sure thing every time for me. I just got a new job in the North Hollywood area and needed to get away. on my lunch i saw the STYLESFORLESS sign that i would see in my own city. i stopped in to get a maxi dress for a concert and the staff was so helpful and friendly. i got exactly what i needed and it was not crowded compared to when i go to the stores in my area. i really like them and the variety they have. yes there are a lot of similar stores that carry a lot of the same items but if you need something guarantied STYLES will have it for you =) they restock often as i saw some people have issues with finding their size. another great thing they do is cross check stores for you if they don’t have your size. their girls are always really nice and helpful

I love the clothes and hats and jewelry in this place, but sometimes they fall apart easily, it is not that big of a problem because the price is not too high for the items so I guess you get what you paid for. I also dont like that they close hours before they are supposed to at times. It says open till ten but sometimes I go at 8pm and they are in there with the doors locked. It bothers me a lot because I go all the way there to be turned away by false advertisement. If they would close when they are supposed to my rating would have been a four instead of a three. They need consistency…

** 400th Review ** For(most) women, a magical time comes around once a year. During this fairy tale moment, these women begin to pound the pavement and rabidly search clothing stores for the perfect dress/outfit. The one which will make her feel at her sexiest best, like she achieved the highest level of femininity. What is this once-a-year event which brings out the dress-zilla in most females? Her birthday. Not all women choose to celebrate a birthday, but for the ones who do, they generally seek out a new shirt, skirt, dress, sweat pants… whatever makes them feel at the top of beauty. As I write this review, my 27th bday is merely 10 days away and I am in the desperate mode of finding the perfect dress to celebrate with my boyfriend. Styles for Less was one of the stores on my list to find that perfect ensemble(hey, I may want to look great but I am on a budget!). Styles for Less certainly lives up to its name. Featuring a bright storefront with shoes, purses, jewelry, hair accessories, a little makeup, and clothing galore; it looks like your girlfriend’s closet exploded(minus the mega mess). The store is organized quite well with dressier clothing in one section, casual in another, exercise/workout clothing over here, bras and panties over there… you get the picture. The racks are easy to handle and clothing isn’t strewn on the floor making for a pleasant browsing or shopping experience. The clothing is indeed«stylish» covering many of the current trends/looks at prices that most budgets can accommodate($ 12.99 for a dressy tank top, $ 24.99 for boots). Think Target on steroids. Plus, there are«sale» signs EVERYWHERE. Everything seems to be BOGO, buy one get one 50% off, buy one get a $ 20 gift card, etc. It is sale heaven! Service was pleasant with an instant welcome which seemed genuine and with the actual desire to help. Sadly, I found the current dress selection to be very sparse and mostly in medium and large(I need a small). Further, there is no men’s clothing here so be ready for your boyfriend to just follow you around. The birthday dress gods didn’t shine on me at Styles for Less but I DID find a place that I would return to when looking for casual but fashionable clothing.

This store has sexy, fun and reasonable priced fashion for the woman that wants to look hot going to the gym or out at night. I got some sexy leggings, tank top with lace on the back only $ 9.99 and then a hot dress for my next date. Great service, friendly staff and amazing prices… It’s perfect after a manicure/pedicure next door at Aq Nail Spa.

Just when you thought it was safe to be an average framed, 35-year old shopping in a seemingly grown up mini mall, the teen assault takes hold! Styles For Less is the newest teeny bopper addition to the Blvd, only a strange phenomenon has taken hold here: there are no teens, only middle aged women. Because that is exactly what LA needs are more middle aged, plastic surgery junkies wearing teen bedazzled creations in an effort to highlight their fake boobage and ass implants, right? Question, did the Ed Hardy store lose the option on the lease? Bitter Betty aside, this is a cheaply priced store with a great variety of borderline slutty teen clothes, but again, let the 15 year olds wear this stuff and you ladies get back in your Land Rovers and head to a more acceptable clothing store for your age. Some of the highlights in the store did include cheap yoga pants for about $ 11 and a really cool vintage inspired flower ring for a mere $ 4.99.
