This review is for Rickell’s answer to one of my previous review.
Rickell, saying that you dont recall our session and asking for «proof» of my appointment with you, is rude and unprofessional. I want to remind you that I had my appointment with you in march, and you responded to my review asking for a receipt this month. Thats a 6 months gap. This shows, indeed how much you «care» about your clients and their needs.
I love my hair too much to go back to you to have it «fixed», even if its free of charge.

Rickell ruined my hair right before my wedding, she put bleach in my hair without even telling me or asking me, really inappropriate you should always ask your customer specially since I don’t bleach my hair at all killed my wedding experience because she ended up putting red in my hair which looked disgusting. I told her I dont like it and she insisted it would look great but what choice did I really have considering she also had to cut off half of my hair as well because of the big mess she had made, it was hard to cover up i went home crying this is not the first time I’ve gone with her but definitely the last.

It took me some time to find a stylist I trust in LA. After asking for a recommendation from a friend with GORGEOUS hair, I found Rickell. She’s now been cutting, coloring and styling my hair since 2011. Whether it’s a cut, color, highlights or a Brazilian Blowout… Rickell is the BEST. I get more compliments on my hair than I ever have before. And if you’re going to be on display on a red carpet or event, Rickell will style your hair EXACTLY the way you desire. She’s a talented woman — and very charming. You won’t be disappointed!

Rickell gives the most AMAZING blow dry you will EVER have. If you want to feel like a supermodel, Rickell is the one you want to see. She has a great personality and she’s gorgeous as well. When you leave her chair you feel like a million bucks. Her package blowout price equivalates to the the same as the DRY BAR and way better. I have gone everywhere in Los Angeles and she is hands down the best.

Rickell is the best!!! I’ve been coming to her for 5 years now and I wouldn’t go to anyone else! I always come in and just give her an idea of what I want and trust her to do what she thinks would look best on me. I always leave here with fabulous hair! Rickell is an amazing stylist. Ive been going to her for over 5 years. She is professional, does her best to accommodate my schedule and does a picture perfect job each and every time. I will keep coming back. I receive nothing but compliments. She is amazing.
