Page 71 Lounge

Horrible ! Go to black market, this place is bs the security guard is driving great business away, I’ve been to black market at least 40 times and I’ve gotten nothing but great service and respect from everyone down to the valet. P71 is just the opposite. Don’t expect anything from this place. The security said its the same owners as black market today which I find very hard to believe with that kinda service. I’ll definitely be back to black market since its been my place of choice for the past 6 years or so. I got pushed to the floor by this power tripping guard that I did nothing to offend at pg71. If u want amazing service and uncompromising food, go to black market and put page 71 to shame.

This place is over rated. Trying to be another hollywood wannebe. Dj sucks. When I tried to ask him to play something other than what’s on the radio all day. He looks at me like I’m crazy. Drinks are watever They use cheap vodka. Security goons gave my friends attitude even when we bought a table. Will not be coming back.

Place is really cool except for the bartender digging in his nose all night without washing his hands and serving drinks. Pretty gross. Stopped ordering and you need to stop the picking!

Doorman Doc was awesome. Solid music. The bartenders were however rude, petty and sloppy. Not worth the hype.

I can get into the nice guy, Toca Madera etc. No issues. I represent the world’s top athletes and entertainers. I’ve never had a worse experience than dealing with the slow clucks working the door at Page 71. I attempted to send the owner an email but surprise surprise — their site is down! Shame on you for having such clowns represent your establishment. I also represent the local chamber of commerce. I’ll be sure to make note and let all my friends, followers AND clients know never to step foot in Page 71 again.

For a lounge, it has very little sitting spots. It is very crowded and can be pretty hard to talk.
That said, they have good bartenders and its nice for a date, if you wanna have a couple drinks (standing up) and dance a little (usually top hits and hip hop). They have a section at the back for smokers or if you wanna have a conversation, but it’s just benches.
Entrance is free and it’s close by to my house. That’s why i keep going.

We came here for the first time on a Saturday. Good thing we’re early birds because by the time 12am hits, this place gets too packed you cannot walk much. We came in at 8pm when they opened, had some drinks and was ready to dance. The music was ON POINT. Mixed with rap /​hip hop /​old school music /​new music. It was perfect.
The bathrooms are gross. LOL. So if you can, hold it because when it gets packed, you’re going to have to hold it anyway. There;s only 2 stalls for the ladies.
The atmosphere is great. The décor is really cool. Definitely recommend checking this place out. We will be returning for sure

I had my birthday celebration here. I got bottle service and only saw the waiter when he brought the bottle. I had to go to the bar to get more juice and for other drinks. When I had a question about the already included tip at the end of the night the bartender yelled at me in front of everyone and and wouldn’t stop. It was so embarrassing I would not come here again.

They play hip hop music but don’t want the hip hop vibe from customers. «Bouncer» and one of the bartenders: hypocrites and negative vibe.

This place is a gem. The music is always good. Drinks are strong and the service is great. Tommy the manager always makes you feel at home when you walk through the door. Thank you p71 for always being so fun !!

The place is really crowded and the DJs don’t really play a lot of mixed genre. The outside seating is filled with smokers and difficult to find a place to sit.

Came here last night for my sister’s birthday and it was so crowded you couldn’t even move. I’m not used to clubs/​lounges like this so if you like not being able to move, people constantly pushing into you and stepping on your shoes then this is the place for you. The DJ was definitely playing some the best songs. The bathrooms were flithy! Someone threw up and the security was like oh well… ok? I gave them 3 stars for the music. It was an experience and I probably won’t be back.
Girls are free. $ 10 cover for men.

Horrible and more horrible. This place is not what it used to be. $ 10 cover for guys even with your with your gf and 13 $ well drinks. Wtf. ⁶⁄₁ guy to girl ratio. Do not bring your gf or think you will get lucky and meet a girl there. Bar tenders scam you. They charge you and place it in the tip jar. Ask for receipt. Many spots near by. Try those places before you get a bad experience at Page 71.
Fyi. You may also know this place is ghetto!

I came here at about 1:00am. This was the only spot insight that seemed to be cracking. So despite the mixed reviews ( Unilocal) I decided to enter. You can see the entire club from the entrance. It was crowded (shoulder to shoulder) and the ratio was ⁵⁰⁄₅₀ men/​women. The music was popping. It was rap and hip/​hop so I was feeling it! The people were feeling it as well. Bar was hectic due to the busy crowd and 2 bartenders. The crowd was diverse in terms of race so that was chill. In terms of the females they were overall alright. A few baddy’s (good) a few not so bad and a few bad (literally). Any reviews saying that it was ghetto was based solely off of someone ignorant observing the music and blacks smh. Check it out. Overall C.

This is strictly a review for Tommy.
We came to this bar to have fun and celebrate my last night in Studio City. We came here and the door man was so nice but once we ordered drinks the bartender was so cold and accused us of trying to steal drinks (even tho we never left bar) We said there was no plan to stiff bill. Overall we got a bad impression from bartender. We loved front door man we just wanted same service from bar.

Cela fait 3 ans que je suis habitué à être client du studio 54 lounge.
Nous sommes toujours satisfaits de l’endroit.
Même avec un personnel qui est nouveau; cette année.
Nous sommes toujours bien accueilli.
Les barmaids sont à l’écoute pour nous conseiller .
La restauration reste toujours agréable.
Par les grandes affluences ;le personnel et les nanagers font vraiment tout leur travail en gérant le stress.
Je pense que les gens qui ont un avis négatif, devraient réfléchir avant de salir leur sentiment.

LOL ! I have been to Page 71 twice, and both times there were never any other customers in there. I have to admit that I am an early bird, and like to get there when the place opens up.
I met a group of female friends, and we pretty much took over the chairs. The bartender was very nice and accommodating and fixed us great drink orders. He even let us rearrange the chairs so we had more space and could sit together to talk. Very nice bartender on the early evening shift.

Came into this establishment at 11:00pm. I was celebrating my friend CRISTINA’s Birthday party and as well as my best friends engagement. My friends and I had a table with bottles.
I will say this the place is nice. The table area is extremely tight. Back patio where all the smokers go to, is a very cute area. The bathroom is unique but not enough privacy for me. The sliding door is open in the women’s bathroom so men can peek inside and that’s not cool.
Here comes my issue with this place. Only 2 bar men on duty and maybe 2 guys for bar staff. The two male bartenders had the WORST ATTITUDES IN THE WORLD! I understand you’re under a lot of pressure but if you can’t handle customer service you shouldn’t be behind the bar. You know your job! Put a smile on and be friendly and you will have more tips.
First order of drinks… 2 chilled patron shots and a chilled cucumber effen (vodka) shot. I had a long week so I took my shot of patron and then I asked for another one. The bartender gave me the most nastiest attitude because I asked for another shot. He then told me that I need to have my order ready. I can’t just ask for another drink although I took it in front of him. Such a shame. He poured and I paid $ 47 plus a great tip.
Next order, I get another drink and he gives me attitude again for two chilled shots and a beer. I still tipped.
Then I decided to go around the bar to the other bartender. Of course he hooks up drinks to women who first of all should be cut off. You shouldn’t be serving drinks to women who can’t hold up their head right even when ordering. Anyways, enough about that mistake, I wait patiently with my friend and he finally comes to us. He knocks my beer and my corona starts spilling out and then I get head. I asked for a glass because I didn’t want to deal with the head and of course I told him about it. Instead of saying sorry. He grabs my beer and my friends beer and tell us that we can’t get anymore drinks.
That pissed me off even more! So instead of me buying drinks I had to ask my friends to buy me drinks because he cops an attitude about his mistake. Later on as the crowd starts dying down I go to the bar again to the other side and he sees me. Apologizes and offers me a free shot. Which is a lemon drop or something mixed with I don’t do mixed drinks. I gave it to someone else.
I talked to him at the end of the night. Closing time and he says they can’t fit another person and I said yes u can and I also said you should be friendlier. Then he tells me he’s the manager/​owner of PAGE 71.
Then the doorman rushes me out because it’s closing time! But very aggressively while I’m talking to this manager. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. What’s worse, I have a party to attend here next week and I already said yes. I’ll go next door and get my drinks there and then I’ll come over. I won’t be spending anymore money here.

I seem to only visit this bar on Sunday nights, so I have not experienced the heavy crowds or lack of ventilation and parking. On Sundays the bar is very spacious and rarely packed; lots of room to sit, stand, or dance. The bar has a laid back loungy vibe to it. There is an outdoor area where people can mingle and smoke; the indoor area has secluded spots with couches, which I presume are used for those that order bottle service on busy nights. They’re available for use on Sunday’s and I typically take advantage of this. The bartender, Lex, is very friendly and does a great job of accommodating a wide variety of people that walk in. There is a large selection of specialty shots such as cheesecake shots and jolly rancher shots that are not too strong and fun twists if you can’t handle the hard stuff.
The best part of Page 71 on a Sunday night? DJ is always spinning! Most places don’t have a DJ spinning on a Sunday, so this is a plus. Music is a bit of everything, typically music you would here on power 106 or kiis FM. This place definitely had a very welcoming and chill vibe. Don’t know if I would ever visit on a Friday or Saturday based on other reviews, but this is the spot to be on a Sunday!
