Wonderful wraps and service! Had no idea what I wanted but they were very patient and helpful.

This place is Hit or Miss for me. I’ve been here about five times now and the freshness and attitude seems to be all over the map. The first few salads were pretty good, especially for the cost. The ones after that not so much. I came in again and mentioned that«my salad had some browning last time» to the SAME guy that gave it to me. All I got from him was an attitude and eye rolls. I think I’ll go somewhere else from now on

My last job I was working downtown and had a Simply Salad location a block away. I ate there at least 3 times a week, now this afternoon I was craving a salad. I haven’t been to this location of Chop Stop in sometime, today I ventured in and ordered the Asian Chop. I had a wonderful lunch and between the flavor, toppings and all around salad, Chop Stop wins in my book by a long shot. Great spot to grab a salad!

I met up with a friend here a couple months ago. It doesn’t look like much on the outside, but their salads are AMAZING! Ever since I had my first salad here, I’ve been looking for a salad place closer to my house. However, whenever I’m in the neighborhood, Chop Stop is a must! Fresh ingredients & just yummy! I definitely recommend ;-)

Love the salads here, the burritos are a pass, pricey and the flavor is just not there. Best is creating your own salad, huge bowl and such great flavors in every bite since it is chopped. Tons of toppings and dressings to chose from, made quickly to order. Everything was fresh and good quality, very filling yet still light, a perfect lunch. I think prices are fair for the salads and loved the service here as well.

The shift leader Ada was smiling and happy … I asked for a moment to choose my items she replied OK. Another female customer returned and asked for pretzels she helped her and the four minutes it took to get her pretzels done she didn’t knowledge me or take my order in fact I had to approach her standing at the far end of the register looking in the back where the food preparation area is for her to realize that after five minutes I was not finally ready to order. Very annoying, very unprofessional, not saying it was personal I just think she needs to understand how elementary it is to not make that mistake. if I wouldn’t have seen her supervisor title I wouldn’t have even reviewed this visit. Just plan dumb. Review the cameras … They never lie. Love the food will just go to another location

Consistency is key. Good food but sometimes your salad is full others it’s ½. Not sure why that is.

I LOVE a chopped salad… and this is a quick and affordable place to go! However, a protein should automatically come with a salad, THEN you get to pick any 6 topping. 50 cents for an extra dressing is a little uncalled for, but I get it. The staff is nice, and they are quick. Just be prepared, the parking lot ALWAYS sucks!!!

Pretty good, thought slightly pricier than I prefer. But I’m trying to eat more salad and these are fresher than the prepackaged ones you get at Trader Joe’s. I’m a fan of the Viva Mexico Chop, but the BBQ Chicken was pretty good too.

I’m updating my review to four stars because I was contacted by the director of operations(Joey) directly regarding this review and he seemed genuinely concerned about my experiences at Chop Stop and how they could improve on that moving forward. Thanks Joey for placing so much attention on your customers experience while dining at Chop Stop, and commitment to providing the best products available in your salads. It’s so nice to know that classy establishments that place such a large emphasis on customer service(a lost practice by the way) still exist. I will be back and thank you also for my three free salads !! Signed, Satisfied customer w/renewed faith.(; #### Normally I’m a fan and I order from here at least once a week for dinner and the ingredients are pretty fresh. Unfortunately however the avocado has been consistently underripe. Disappointing and not appetizing in my salads. This has happened on three Ocassions now. Please start purchasing ripe avocados or advise your staff to NOT use them until they’ve reached that point. Thanks signed a disappointed regular.

I go to chop stop on my lunch breaks and I’m never disappointed. The staff is fast and so nice most of the time. They always work hard and I barely even see them talk. They work and are awesome I tried to leave a tip and was told they aren’t allowed to accept tips. REALLY?! Most of them are trying to probably get through college. Why can’t I tip great employees. BS

Love this place– I’ve been to a couple of their shops around town, and the food is consistently fresh and yummy. This location is good, but always busy– if it’s lunch time, good luck finding a parking spot. Staff is friendly and quick with the food making; the place is clean; they have indoor and outdoor tables; no restrooms; meager selection of non-fountain beverages; online ordering and takeout. I love this place simply because it’s good, healthy fast food… and that’s something we all need sometimes.

Eating is something I do frequently, and I usually eat a lot in a single sitting. That’s why I’m a fan of Chop Stop. Not only do I not feel hungry after eating here, I also don’t feel like a greasy piece of shit when I’m done, like I do after gorging myself on a burger and a pile of onion rings or some other deep-fried garbage. Don’t get me wrong, I love eating deep-fried garbage, but I can’t do it every day and still fit into my favorite cocktail dress. That’s where Chop Stop comes in. They have a huge variety of salads, wraps and bowls with meat and vegetarian options, the dressings are great, and everything is healthy and fresh. It’s a great place to grab a quick lunch after the gym or on a Sunday afternoon after you spend a night out abusing yourself with alcohol and 3AM Jack In The Box drive-through food. The Greek salad is great, especially if you add some chicken, and the tuna salad is also a winner. They need a location in Hollywood!

I love to grab a bite to eat here after working out nearby. My favorite is to build your own salad. The salads here are pretty big and filling and they have a lot of toppings and additives you could choose from. Parking isn’t too bad, but it is next-door to a Trader Joe’s so keep that in mind. They have indoor and outdoor seating available in the salads are pretty quick to make.

Kale/romaine. Hard boiled egg. Beets. Bell peppers. Mushrooms. Broccoli. Carrots. Black olives. Red onion. Cilantro lime dressing. Awesome healthy ingredients that are amazing tasting. Crisp and fresh! This place perfectly chopped my salad that I crave it actually all the time now! I love this place! It was the first time I ever went to try it and I will be going back for sure!

THE most appropriate and applicable name for a restaurant I’ve ever heard to describe exactly what a business does using a creative name, without just being called«Chinese Food» or «Donuts» or something. Hence, I give the golden trophy for the award for the«Most Applicable Name for a Restaurant to Describe Exactly What a Business Does Using a Creative Name» aka the MANFARTDEWABDUACN Award to… CHOPSTOP! You literally STOP here for no more than 7 minutes to order and receive your food filled with all kinds of CHOPped deliciousness for under $ 9. That’s all I need to say. Quick, easy, delicious, inexpensive, and as healthy as you want it to be. The customization of ingredients makes it worth it in my opinion over just making a salad at home on my own. On a side note: Holy crap, that acronym just spelled MANFART! If you know me, you know that I’m a HUGE fan of customizable food, which seems to be all the rage for fast food nowadays – from Chipotle, to Pizza Rev, to Blaze Pizza, to Shophouse, to The Counter, I’m simply obsessed!!! And now Chop Stop covers the customizable salad market, which is perfect when you just want some quick greens during your lunch hour. I’ve been to the ones in Studio City and Encino – both friendly staff, both clean, and both quick. There are no less than ONEMILLIONANDONE combinations of ingredients you can choose for your salad. And they recently put kale on the menu, which is a BIGPLUS in my book. It can be overwhelming at first, but after the first couple of times, you get the hang of it and you know what you like. If too overwhelmed, they also have pre-set salads that have names and you just order them with set ingredients. But I’ve found that you just seem to get more of everything in the customized salads. The two things I love most: 1) How cool the bowls are. They’re deep and have covers and are just perfect for holding in your hand while you scarf, without spillage. SOMEONEDIDSOMEMAJOR R&D FORTHISSH*T! And 2) How everything is chopped up into small pieces no bigger than your pinky nail for easy scarfage. It’s like you start eating normally and then all of a sudden, YOU’VELOSTCONTROLOFYOURHANDANDMOUTH and you just keep shoveling it down because it’s delish, and your teeth don’t even know what’s happening coz everything is chopped so perfectly to slide down your throat. Then the bowl is empty. FYI, so you can prepare yourself, you get two greens, 6 ingredients(careful coz the ones with stars cost a bit extra –aka the meats), and a dressing. My go-to’s? Kale and Spinach //Revolving door of mushrooms, beets, almonds, chicken, black olives, crispy onions(new!), cranberries, edamame, and quinoa //Revolving door of any non-cream dressings i.e., sesame ginger and vinaigrettes or cilantro lime or wasabi delight. They also proactively ask you if you want the dressing on the side, easy, or regular. They know Angelenos! FASTFOOD — CHECK! HEALTHY — CHECK! CUSTOMIZABLE — CHECK! CHECKCHECKCHECKITOUT!

I love eating healthy whenever possible and most especially, places that make eating healthy easier. Chop Stop is definitely one of those places. They have a few locations now but need and I wish they come out to the Westside and South Bay so I can go there regularly. The way it works here is you have your pick of ready-made salad or you can select the ingredients for your salad from their list. They have an option for $ 6.99 where you can have two greens for your salad out of a choice of kale, iceberg, romaine, and spinach and add 6 toppings. I’ve been selecting broccoli, red onion, mushrooms, jalapenos, cucumbers, and celery as my topping choices. My dressing has been lemon juice and olive oil. They have other salad dressings that sound great but I’m limited by my current dietary regimen. They also have wraps and something called a chopurrito bowl. You can get creative but if you need help, they also have set salad mixes from which you can choose. You can get chips and soup as sides too as they have a daily soup of the day available. Every time I’ve gone, it’s always packed during lunch which is an encouraging sign that people want to eat healthier which is good for them and for our country’s health system in general; although no one wanted socialized medicine, they forced it down our throat and we’re stuck with it unfortunately, but I digress. I like to think people in general are eating healthier or it could be that since we’re in Studio City, a lot of actresses are watching their girlish figures. In any case, the scenery is nice, which is another plus at this location. It’s situated in the very busy Studio City Plaza anchored by Trader Joes and parking can be a bit scarce due to all the businesses at this plaza but with patience, a spot usually opens up in no time. So I’m a fan of Chop Stop and would say, «Eat Healthy, Eat at Chop Stop». Okay, they really need to pay me…
