The other review on here for these people is spot on! I have never encountered ruder people in my life. They treat you with the most condescending tone and act as if answering your questions, whether via email or telephone, is a huge favor to you. We submitted our application in early October, and then received a notice that we were being denied in mid December. One week before we were set to move into the property. On top of that they charged me and my wife over $ 300 for an application fee which they ended up denying. There was an error on my background check which I ran around like a chicken with its head cut off getting the paperwork to prove that the error was indeed incorrect. They discounted this proof, even though I had a certified letter from the clerk of court showing that this information was indeed incorrect. The next day we found a place who charged a total of $ 100 for the Application fee and were a pleasure to work with. If you see that these people manage the property you were looking at you should run, not walk, away as quickly as possible. We consider it a blessing in disguise that we got turned down from this and all they were able to steal from us was $ 350. Again I cannot stress enough how horrible these people treated me and my nine month pregnant wife.

If there were a way to give this company negative stars, I would. Unilocal requires you give one star. Their service and customer service(or extreme lack of it) are horrendous. They also need to send their employees to school on phone manners… actually manners period! They do not return phone calls and when you finally get a hold of someone they are angry, mean and plain rude. Diane yelled at me and hung up on me today. Really??? Clearly they must be desperate for help because I can’t think of another company that would hire and continue to employ such complete inadequacy.
