Of course everything that could go wrong with your pet, car or house always happens on a Sunday. This past weekend was another example of that when my AC stopped working. Now sure, wah wah, but in Florida in August that’s pretty much game over. We called Krauss and Crane, who we have a service contract with and left a message not opting for the after hours emergency service. First thing Monday morning called back and were told they could be out in the late afternoon. I waited until past 5pm working and watching the dog melt, wondering if they had forgotten, and also wondering if they would be able to fix a catastrophic problem after hours if that was the case. They showed and went right to work found the problem and fixed it. They were polite enough to check with me on the part charge but at that point I would have paid anything. Florida and August were winning that day. The price was quite reasonable and since we had a service contract with them we got 15% off the total.
