I had a great experience here! She was very polite and welcoming, listened to how I wanted my hair, and executed fabulously. Thank you!

Bought the groupon, made the appointment, showed up 10 minutes early. Was rudely greeted and told that the groupons are for short hair and I would be charged extra and she claimed to not have me booked. I have shoulder length hair and NEVER have I been charged extra for a haircut and color. Awaiting my groupon refund and advise no one to go here. If she wants to have returning customers she should learn to smile and not be so rude.

My friend and I were super excited and bought our first ever salon groupon to this location, we made our appointment a week in advance and did have a minor set back of 20mins upon arriving and called ahead of time! When we arrived we were RUDELY greeted and told we were too late and have to reschedule! Now, my friend and I both came for a color, cut and style and she OBVIOUSLY did not A– want to do our service because we had a groupon or B– had a full paying customer and disregarded our previous efforts in making the appointment, oh and it took us more then 40 minutes to get to the location! We were both so upset we contacted groupon and got a refund! Lesson learned and we will never purchase something like this again!!!

After using a living social special for this salon in an effort to try new places I was barraged by a number of questions by the single chair stylist: 1.) Do you just go from groupon to groupon? Do you have a job? Why are you here during the day if you have a job? Who cut your hair before, its not right(It was a bias cut bob). If you live in Lakewood, are you sure you would save money by driving out here for this special? I was supposed to have a haircut/style/deep condition/and eyebrow wax. Besides not being offered a coffee or some of the snacks she had for ‘regular clients’ by her station, she rushed through the process. The ‘deep conditioning’ treatment was really just ten minutes under a hair dryer with probably normal conditioner. I have had deep conditioning treatments before and they were 45 minutes to an hour with a special leave in conditioner. The cut was minimal and she seemed inexperienced with newer cuts(like an asymmetrical bob). I ended up just telling her to trim just a little since she seemed so unsure. She blew dry her hair and when I asked for a flat iron she told me it wouldn’t look good on my curly hair(I’ve been flat-ironing for years). I assumed it was because she didn’t want to take the time, when she did, she weirdly turned some of the pieces in to my face like a curl. I asked her to re-straigthen them and she seemed very offended. The eyebrow wax should have been error proof right? Well even that was a mess. In her rushing she left the eyebrows very unfinshed, going over each side only once and not carring to fix the edges, or the front for shaping. Most places brush the hair and trim, none of this was done either. I ended up doing a lot of clean up at home. In the end – my advise? Groupon/Living Social or not – do not go to this salon! The stylist was able to write a response back to my living social complaint – An excerpt from the response: «…An Asymmetrical bob, is nothing of what your cut was, did many of bob style cuts and your’s was not even close to that style. The cut as you called it, a Bias cut, was like I said nothing of what you had. I’m sorry but I seriously thought you chopped cut your hair yourself.» The professionalism of this stylist continues to impress me in new ways.
