We had a concern about the foundation of a home we were thinking of buying so we made an appointment to have Bob Ackerman come do a foundation inspection at 11:00 am on Monday. At 9:00 am on Monday we received a call that he was ill and would not be available to come do the inspection. Were told that he would call and reschedule when he recovered but never received a follow-​up call. We thought this was very unproffessional.
