When it comes to collision repair, it is the attention to detail I respect the most. Voila, sherm’s. The service is second to none, John and Matt made me feel like I was a close relative who’s was in trouble. They fixed my car in record time and walked me through the entire process in terms I could understand. They didn’t patronize me or try to sell me a gallon of bumper fluid they took car of me and my car in a way I have never experienced with another shop before. And from that impeccable service they gained a customer for life I then also found out that they were a fully staffed and a.s.e. certified mechanical shop. Everything from oil changes to complete engine rebuilds. Who knew? Then when I asked for some friendly advise regarding the Crack in my windshield, surprise they do that also. And when I picked up my car, my soon to expire sticker had been replaced and my ez pass put exactly where I had it. Can’t thank the guy’s at sherm’s enough for the service.
