I have not been very pleased lately with their services, they haven’t had the Copic markers I wanted for the past few months. They never stock up and this isn’t the first time I’ve gone home with little to nothing. I have gift cards to use and I need new Copic markers. Please stock them. I’m contacting Michaels email as well to get them stocked. Very displeased.

Really great store, it has lots of fun things and I was surprised, that they even have crystals you can make into necklaces and bracelets! It’s near my job, so it’s very convenient when I need a new sketchbook or other art supplies!
I have a tip for other customers, employees wear red vests! Last time I shopped here, everyone thought I worked there. and I was wearing black! No vest…
I don’t understand the confusion, but just so you know!

Overwhelming store highly unorganized and no one ever walking around or offering to help find something. How about a directory, a sign, a search function, a companion app, something? And cell service stinks so download the coupon before you even leave the house and screenshot it. Or ask the lady at the checkout nicely for her spare 40% coupon.
