This place is amazing and the quality is exceptional. As a past Batista and coffee master, I am impressed.

Best coffee shop in town, hands down. Love that they came to Stoneham. I hope they are a staple of Main St for a long time!

Great coffee, in a modern coffee shop. We liked it. Will go again.

Good coffee, better than commercial chain coffee. The shop is basically plain and doesn’t have a stand out characteristic. It would be nice if it added fresh baked goods, unique décor, or other aspect to make it more enticing. Plenty of sitting room.

I moved to Stoneham a couple of weeks ago from one of the great coffee cities around here(Somerville), so I was really hoping Kushala would be great. So far I’ve had mostly good experiences. I’ve only tried the cold brew and usually it’s really strong and flavorful(which I like). I went in today though, and it sincerely tasted like coffee flavored water because the barista didn’t put enough of the concentrate in. I kind of knew by just taking a look that it would taste watered down. If I knew that and the barista didn’t, that’s a bit of a problem. If I judged Kushala solely on my coffee today, I legitimately may not have come back. At any rate, every other time has been great. I tried a breakfast sandwich also which was servicable — certainly nothing special, especially since it’s premade. I would probably LOOOVE this place if they started offering breakfast sandwiches and bagels, but until then it does the trick for coffee(usually).

Got a coupon and will be returning for more! Very, very clean with nice staff. They also promote local businesses as well, very civic minded.

So excited to have a good, cute coffee shop in town that isn’t a chain! Cute décor, nice staff, and yummy coffee to boot! Can’t wait to go back

After walking past this coffee shop several times on my way to the bus stop(which is literally just outside), I finally had to go in, because it looked so nice on the outside, and there always seemed to be people in there. The interior had some nice photography pieces, and other quaint art wall hangings, without being too crowded. Being a massive fan of green tea, I got the«Frozen green tea matcha», which they drizzled a bit of honey on, and it was as delicious as all the other reviews have said it was. Big fan; I’d love to visit again to try some of their other iced drinks!

This is the coffeeshop I was looking for! I live in Reading so I’ve been looking for a place w/great coffee and pastries that I could hit up to get an hour or two of work done that isn’t Starbucks. Kushala Sip delivers. Comfy chairs, free wifi, great coffee, and great folks working there. This will be my go-to going forward for those mornings when 93 is backed up and I need to get some work done.

The service here is impressionable, they treat you very well and cater to your espresso needs. The espresso is exquisite. Refined flavors and aromas will captivate your senses. I also sampled their bacon egg and cheese on an english muffin, which was amazing to say the least. Never, will I go to a dunkin donuts again.

This place is so nice! I love the space it’s in – you can tell they worked really hard to decorate it and make it feel cozy. I got a pumpkin spice latte and it was delicious. The barista really spent time on making sure the drink was done right, and it showed. I wish I lived closer so I could spend more time here!

Finally, a good local coffee shop in Stoneham! Their cold brew(hot or iced) is amazing. I love their hot coffee and espresso drinks as well. Whatever they use is very smooth. I look forward to getting coffee here in the morning.

Stopped in earlier this week as I had just noticed the Open sign last week. What lovely service and the pumpkin latte was really nice. A more subtle hint of spice as compared to the overpowering flavor of other places. The bakery was tempting, but I did not indulge-this time. Great service. I’ll be back!

I’ve been to Kushala sip a few times now after reading a recommendation for it on the Melrose facebook group. I’m so happy to have another coffee option nearby. I really enjoy a good cup of coffee and Kushala has not disappointed. So far, I’ve tried iced coffee, a mocha latte with soy milk, and a skinny vanilla latte with almond milk. All have been great. Kushala has quite a few tables both inside and outside. I’ve preferred the inside because the air conditioning has been SO nice with the hot weather here, and they have free wifi so I can sit there and do some work. I have nothing bad to say at all about Kushala, the only thing I’d like to see more of is comfy seating(more cushy chairs) and some small tables next to the 2 comfy charis up front(when I’m sitting there with my laptop and I put my coffee on the coffee table, it’s a bit far to reach for with my laptop on my lap).

The long awaited local coffee shop in Stoneham has arrived! And what a nice addition to town it is. I have already visited several times and I am definitely telling friends about it. The décor is industrial chic. The space is roomy. There’s a nice view of the Common and there is outdoor seating as well. Regardless of the location and the décor, I would not go back if the coffee was sub par. Kushala Sip scores points for having excellent coffee and nice choices for espresso drinks and tea. Service is good. Everyone is positive and pleasant. I will definitely be back.

Finally! I’ve been working in Stoneham Center for 7 years and since I take the bus, so many times I’ve longed for a coffee shop that I can go to while I wait. Not a fan of Honey Dew so I am thrilled to see this place open — and right at my bus stop! Life just got much better! I stopped in for an iced hazelnut latte and it was delicious. Didn’t see too many choices for food, which is my only complaint. It looks like they are focusing on the coffee. But the space inside is lovely and they also have some good outdoor seating. I’ll be back!

I am so excited that Stoneham has finally gotten a place to grab a coffee! At last– and what a good-looking coffee shop it is, too. The décor is super cool with wood and corrugated metal accents, exposed ceilings and funky lighting. I had a delicious iced latte and my friend really enjoyed her iced green tea and mini quiche. The seating was comfortable and the vibe was welcoming. Business was brisk and it made me feel good that our town has such a nice shop. Yay, community! Did I mention how pleased I am that it’s not yet another Starbucks? The owner’s artwork is on the walls, the staff was super nice– oh, I can’t wait to come back!

A great new coffee and tea place. Next to the Post Office. The tea was great– loose leaf tea. I haven’t tried the food but I see that they have some food from Mad Cake Genius, such as the well-known finnegans(pastries). Definitely worth a visit!
