So, it turns out if you participate in their reward program, that even if you don’t buy much, they send you huge discounts. I just spent a $ 15 credit that I «earned» for buying stuff there. Sweet! They happened to have a fabulously impractical pair of shoes in their big sale rack at the back for exactly $ 15. Bam. Sold… for free. Also, if they don’t have your size or color, they will ship to your house for free in about a week. That is worth Unilocaling about!

Famous Footware seems to have a wide selection of shoes, but it seems most of the time I end up leaving empty handed. That’s not easy for me to do since I love shoes almost as much as I love chocolate. I think the prices are a bit high for the quality of most brands, which in my opinion is only slightly better than payless, and I have often seen the same(or very similar) shoes down the row at Marshalls much cheaper.

This is one of the better shoe chains and this is one of the better stores. I have never had a problem here and the staff is helpful but aren’t pushy and that’s what I enjoy about this particular one, they know when you are just browsing but also know when you are ready and need help. I like that better than some other places where they are breathing down your neck, that drives me up a wall. Thank you Famous Footwear for giving me space so I can actually feel comfortable and find what I need and not what some lame salesperson wants to sell me. Such a relief. And they always have great deals and a huge variety too!

This store is like every other Famous Footwear store you’ve ever been in. Good location — right alongside everything else here at Redstone plaza. Big selection of inventory and OK prices. Every time I’m in here my girl finds something to buy. Which means she buys, I pay. Ah, the world of relationships. Guys — if you can’t handle shoe shopping with your girl, there ain’t much hope for ya…
