Stayed here for one night. Bathroom floor had sticky stuff on it that didn’t belong to me. Carpets were just simply filthy. There is also remnants of poopoo on the bathroom wall adjacent to the toilet paper. The TVs are micro boxes that don’t operate due to no cable. My room just stank stank… On the upside… I didn’t encounter a cockaroach fam nor Mickey & friends. Also, Travis, the front desk person was one accommodating soul. I guess he could tell that I didn’t come all the way from Oakland, Cali(Home of the Raider Nation) for no BS. Thank you, Travis for being super customer friendly!!!

We had booked this hotel through Expedia, and we got there at about 2AM. Expedia had screwed up our reservation, so we didn’t have a room. Not only did the hotel give us a room, they charged Expedia instead of us, and advised us to ask for our money back from Expedia since if it was up to them we would having been sleeping in our car in the 28 degree weather. Everyone who worked there was very nice, and the room was clean and had comfortable beds and amazing pillows. We will be staying there again.

Without a doubt, truly one of the WORST customer services experience I’ve encountered at a hotel. I know check in at 3pm. I know hotels have this rule so that they have time to get rooms ready. We had been driving since 3am and were tired when we got to the hotel at 9am. We just wanted to freshen up a bit before we started our day. When we pulled into the parking lot, there were about 2 or 3 cars in the lot. We went to check in and were advised by the person behind the counter(Ella) that check in was at 3pm and there were no rooms ready. WHAT? The parking lot is empty. You can not tell me that the night before was a complete sell out and EVERYSINGLEGUEST had already left just prior to our arrival. Needless to say, my wife and I knew this was not going to be a good stay. We finally checked in at about 10pm. The bed mattresses were VERY, VERY hard. I know some might like that but we prefer a softer mattress to sleep on. Fast forward to the next morning… They offer breakfast from 6am — 9am. My wife and I went for breakfast at roughly 8:30. There was no more orange juice so I asked the person behind the desk(once again, the lovely and moronic Ella). I said«there is no more orange juice» and if she could get some. After 10 seconds of the«deer in the headlights» look, she replied«The breakfast is set up by housekeeping and they come in at 9am». WHAT? How did all the other food get there? The food fairy? Very unprofessional response. I turned and walked away. If you need a hotel to stay at in the area, PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE do your research and find somewhere else to go. These people could care less about the guests. And if you are unfortunate to get Ella, then good luck!

I Have NEVER Been so upset by a Hotel in My Life… Myself and a friend traveled to Atlanta to celebrate My Sons 40th Birthday. To only have it spoiled by BEDBUGS eating us alive. They were in both Beds in Room 2016. Please don’t stay in this room. When I reported it to the Manger he offered another room, Right next door when I refused that room He offered another room on the other side of the Hotel, I went and checked that room and they were there to. He then suggested 2 other hotels nearby. Never did he come look at the rooms or really seemed concerned just checked in more people. And to make matters worse this was at 2:45AM
