DO NOT GO HERE. EVER
This is a much better place at sugarloaf mills and cheaper. Half of the things they have on there website are not working or they don’t have. They do not honor there own deals and the hours they list on the wall are fake. They have horrible customer service and the employees lie to you. They charge you for non-​slip socks that you don’t need. How can slip on carpet. They tell you that the manager will be back and then when you call they say he already left. Then they won’t give you the number to corporate office so you can contact them. WORST PLACE EVER. I WILL NEVER GO BACK. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED
Go to skyzone or jump street. Much much better.

I visited this location earlier today for a birthday celebration. This was my first time here but it will not be my last. Upon arriving the cashier was very helpful and pleasant. The facility is clean and very well kept. The «play» area is divided into two sides. One side is for the younger kids and the other for older kids/​adults. It is also well supervised by the staff. I noticed that a couple of the younger kids had wandered over to the other side and the staff member blew his whistle and escorted the younger kids back over so that they did not get hurt. I had a good time here today and the kids had a even better time!.. I think that I may use this facility for my older son’s party.

I called to reserve dodgeball for two hours for my birthdays. When I got there, they didn’t have my name reserved and I was told this location doesn’t reserve for dodgeball. After showing them my confirmation email and called the cooperate office, they said they’ll have a supervisor call me. That never happened. Michelle, the lady helping us was very friendly and apologetic. But not a whole lot was done. I left disappointed.

Please don’t have you child’s birthday party here. They ruined my nephew’s party. The pizza that was pre-​purchased for his party never arrived. After breaching their contract, the assistant manager was rude and demanded that we move to the general area to accommodate an incoming party. The jumping area is woefully understaffed. 45 minutes after our party time ended, we are still waiting on our pizza.
