Starbucks

The drive-​thru, here at this location, is conveniently placed. Fast, friendly and speedy service. Parking; however, is slim. I wanted to go inside but due to a overflowig parking-​lot… I went to through drive-​thru :(

I love this place, I usually go there a few times a week. I’m plain Jane, so my order is always a hot mocha and a breakfast sandwich. If I go in or use the drive thru this location is quick and friendly.

I’ve been here once and I’ll definitely be back many more times.
I’m always on the hunt for a good place to study and Starbucks locations have usually worked the best for me. However, all of the Starbucks locations around UOP have been getting busier and busier with students, making it harder to find a place to sit and study. My friend and I decided to venture a little further north in hopes of finding a less busy Starbucks and we came across this location.
Let me start off my saying, this location is one of the biggest, most spacious and new looking locations I have come across in Stockton. It’s located at a weird intersection; however, parking is easy and there’s also a drive through option for those who don’t want to park.
Upon walking in, I was amazed with how much room there was inside (and outside) as well as how many tables, stools, and booths were available to study at. I appreciated how the temperature of the location was set to a comfortable level compared to other locations where the AC seems to be blowing continuously at my face.
The only downside, is that the Internet is extremely slow which can be a little annoying when I’m studying and need to use the Internet.
As for the drinks, they were delicious, as always. The baristas were extremely friendly and seemed to enjoy their jobs. They made my drink to order and very quickly too. I will be coming back frequently to this location to study and enjoy some coffee. :)

They always get my order right & the baristas are always nice. Also never have to wait in a huge line.

I usually have nothing but great experiences when I visit this store…
HOWEVER, today (jan 10,’16)… Sunday afternoon (12:30p) I went into the store and asked for my usually drink, a large decaf coffee. The young girl (I believe she was an Asian girl wearing glasses named was Emily) at the counter told me they didn’t have any decaf made at the time.
I asked if she could brew some.
She said, «It will take a few minutes to brew.»
I said, «No problem, I’ll wait.» I waited a few minutes and when my drink came up… I knew it wasn’t brewed…
I asked the girl, «Was this drink brewed?»
She said, «Yes.» That means there’s more decaf in the carafe!
I knew she was lying to me so I asked for a small decaf, the girl said she can do a pour-​over, I said no, I only wanted brewed coffee. It was then, she was caught in a lie. She then admitted to me that she did a pour-​over with my first decaf coffee too.
I’m an easy customer to please. Just serve what I order and we all walk away happy.
I wasn’t too happy about being deceived today.

Since this location was opened, I always enjoyed ordering either Frapp or gourmet coffee on my way to work, once in a while I would stop by during weekends playing games or watching videos from my iPads while drinking or sipping what I ordered. But today I didn’t want to stay there longer than the time it took me finishing sipping my coffee, because WiFi was running extremely slow, things on my iPads were always freezing, please do something to improve WIFI.

I don’t really like it here. I’ve went here 3 times and they always get my order wrong. I’ve tried it 3 times and that’s just enough for me. I tried liking the place but I can’t. Sorry.

Like everyone says, they are super fast! They make yummy drinks too. But I have been through the drive thru 4 times in the past week and they have gotten my order wrong every single time lol. They aren’t complicated orders either. Not sure what’s up but hopefully that changes.

Update: today I felt with Amy after going through the drive through and not liking my drink, she made me a new one and was very pleasent. She was very helpful and not rude at all. Today’s experience makes up for my last experience. Thanks Amy. You’re great!

I came here not long after they opened and their drive thru service was very quick and my food and drinks were made perfect to my liking! In fact I am always happy with my visits here. And it’s on my way to work so they will definitely have my business for a while!
I came here plenty of times in the very early hours before I had to go to work and asked that they made my favorite GT frap with an extra amount of caffeine. The ladies had never gotten that order before and kind of winged it. Both times I ordered the drink, they were made differently; one with extra caffeine powder, the other with a shot of espresso added. Both versions were delicious and I applaud the baristas for making such a delicious special order!

Loving this new location! It’s very clean & spacious inside… The drive through is usually pretty quick & my drinks have all been 100%! Will definitely be back!

So far i get fast friendly service. Nice spacious interior w clean bathrooms and plenty of power outlets w table space! Study friendly.

Fast service in the drive thru today and my Americano was delicious!
Been here twice the first time I got an Americano and it was perfect. The Second time I ordered a grande White mocha and it was very sweet, hopefully they are just working things out and that will change.
Service is always fast and friendly!
