We are in the process of finding a retail space for lease and after talking to a few agents I was feeling a bit overwhelmed. It seemed all they wanted was a «bigger» project or they just tried to lease off one of their own listings, they clearly did not have my best interest in mind. My first phone call with Randy was surprisingly easy. He didn’t try to push any one property on me, he gave me true honest advice and even offered to help free of charge on the lease negotiation that way instead of the landlord paying him a commission I’d get more in TI funds. Wow, who does that? He doesn’t have some front desk lady redirecting his phone calls to voicemail, he answers or calls back almost immediately. His main concern is customer satisfaction, I can tell because as a business owner, that is one of my main concerns as well. As a business owner, you need to go above and beyond to exceed customer satisfaction, and Randy has done so in such a short period of time. Earlier in October I was in the market to buy my first home and had no idea where to start so I went to my loan officer and he referred me to Randy. I immediately looked him on Unilocal and saw only positive reviews. The reviews said that Randy is a knowledgable agent who does the job right. Upon meeting him, I was impressed by how attentive and smart Randy is. He’ll answer as many questions as you have (I had plenty) and never makes you feel like a moron for being a first-​time home buyer.
Following the first meeting, he scheduled tours with me to see open houses and talked through each neighborhood’s pros and cons. I really appreciated his honesty; one of the things I was worried about was working with a realtor whose bottom line is just to sell you something. Throughout the process, Randy never once made me feel uncomfortable, which I truly appreciated.
Two weeks or so later my dream house came on the market. Randy walked us through everything, he was extremely attentive, and checked immediately if the house had any other offer. Sure enough, there was one other offer for the house. He then proceeded to help us make our offer as appealing as possible.
With a little bit of luck and a lot of Randy’s guidance/​expertise, I got the house! My first offer beat out the other offer.
