Pridestaff was one of my first choices as a temp agency, I called for the first time an Allie got back to me quick made me an appointment an even got me a interview. Then after my interview I called about 4 times the lady who always answers the phone never wants to transfer me to Allie an I NEVER get a call back. So if your looking for fast employment an actually getting calls back don’t go here they used to have a lady names Tara she was always on top of it. Calling back following up answering emails these new girls don’t do none of that.

I made a same day appointment to take a typing test and obtain a typing certificate. You are allowed to take the exam one time for free. Over the phone, when I inquired what the fee would be for taking the exam a second time I was reminded everyone gets one free exam so come well prepared. So… I’m under the impression you simply don’t get a second chance… so come well prepared.
I was in and out within about 15 to 20 minutes. There was some slight confusion regarding my appointment but it was easily resolved. You are allowed a 2 minute practice prior to taking the 5 minute typing test. Shortly after completing the test you will receive a signed and dated certificate.
If you need a typing certificate definitely make an appointment here rather than paying $ 10 to $ 15 elsewhere.
