As far as Panda Express fare goes this one is fairly good. Every time we have gone in, they have had freshly prepared grub and short lines. The staff tonight didn’t have enough Kung Pao chicken prepared, so I got comped a drink while I waited the 2 minutes to finish the dish. As Americanized Chinese fast food restaurants go, this one is pretty good.

Does Panda Express opens at 10:30. we arrived at 11:15 and more than half of all of the trays were still empty. Also we did not receive any fortune cookies with our order. The cooks looked annoyed that we ordered a product that was not prepared yet. I typically like Panda but this Panda Express has low customer service and was not prepared 45 minutes after opening.

The food here is whatever. Pretty much just like any other generic Chinese place. The customer service is what’s really lacking. Every time I go here it always takes forever even though the line is short or its empty in there. There’s always a wait on a bunch of items and the workers aren’t very friendly. I’m not sure if I’m expecting too much from a Panda Express but I’ll never eat here again.

They were busy but they handled the line of customers well. You can tell they care about the customers. I go there a lot and the few times I seen customers complained were literally, their own fault… usually those who aren’t patient, or ones who order the whole menu without having any money and yet complain about the prices. If you don’t like your food, tell them nicely and they will gladly make it again for you at no charge. Service is definitely improving They offer free samples after welcoming you in and making you feel like home. On one occasion, I recall it was a sunday which seems to be really busy there those days, they just gave their last chicken egg roll to a customer, and I was going to order one, the lady called out some more. She apologized and said it would be two minutes for the wait, and in less than 2 minutes, I was sitting down and she gave me a free drink and also brought out my food for me. Definitely my favorite place to eat!

Every time I’ve came to this location they’re alway out of food. This time three dishes and it was going to take 6 – 10 minutes on each dish this was at 1 pm and there were three people in the whole location and one visible cook and one person that tried to answer. Then if you go to call the corporate office the number they give you is the store number multiple locations didn’t know where to get the number. The customer service also wasn’t very friendly like they’re only there because they have to be. Very disappointed in this location because I have gone to others where it seemed like customer service was more important.

I normally go to the one on Pacific. I was like it’s one closer to me, let me try them. Nope! Everything looked dry. Where’s the sauce people. I order half noodles and half rice. Noodles went in the trash. Super dry and under cooked. I pasted up my favorite walnut prawns because I refuse to pay extra for dry shrimp. Everything else was good with a ton of side sauce. No more, back to Pacific. Their the best hands down.

I wish I would have read the reviews here before deciding to venture over for some food. Before this review, I had never had Panda Express so I had no idea at all as to what their food tasted like, how portion sizes were, etc. After eating there I now realize why I never decided to try the place to begin with. My boyfriend and I both ordered a 2 item combo, I chose the beef and broccoli and mushroom chicken, with fried rice. First off, what kind of «fried rice» are they serving? It had little to no flavor at all, was almost all completely white(like they forgot add soy sauce or something to it) and overly soggy. I did not like it and should have listened to a friend ages ago when she mentioned the rice was nasty. Next, there was NO beef in with my three small pieces of broccoli. That’s it, three small pieces of broccoli and not one piece of beef. How disappointing. The broccoli also tasted as if it needed to be cooked just a tad bit longer. I did like the mushroom chicken though, the mushrooms tasted great and there a couple of little pieces of chicken mixed in it, but honestly not enough to satisfy. I probably will never go back here because the portions for the price were just awful, especially when you are paying a good amount(About $ 7) and the taste of just about everything was blah. If I still lived in Stockton I’d choose Food 4 Less Chinese food over this place, at least there the food actually tastes like it’s Chinese and the portions are huge(as in you will have left overs!) for less than here(about $ 5.75 for a two item meal that includes rice AND chow mien).

No POTSTICKERS! My favorite part of going to Panda Expresses is their yummy pot sticker sides. I have never been to a location that did not offer them at ALL. Not even part of their menu! I was very disappointed at that when I went and I will be choosing to go the extra distance to the one off of Pacific Avenue from now on.

Idk why everyone is complaining about the portions and price. First of all panda express is a togo Chinese place. Have you ever ate at a real Chinese restaurant with a family of 4? The bill will surely be over 100 $ the food here is mediocre the price is reasonable come on $ 6.75 for 2 main dish and chowmein/fried rice. It doesn’t get cheaper than that. I only come here when I’m in a super hurry or too lazy to cook. My meal was $ 9 out the door and i got a side of terriyaki chicken with sauce. What a steal!

What the hell kind of Chinese food is this? Everything was soggy and tasted like tofu! Let’s not leave out that the food is way over priced for the small portions too! There was a nice young blonde girl, who was sweet enough to ask how the food was. Feel bad for leaving this review, however I’ll take Food 4 Less China Express any day over this place!

Save money and buy family meal because individual will cost more. If you have extra, refrigerate for later. Family meal can feed a family of 6. Totally worth it. Try the teriyaki chicken because it is very flavorful. Orange chicken is very popular and is always delicious.

Always a treat with wide varieties of flavors and a pinch of characteristics, a modern layout very clean and friendly workers, and it even comes with a cookie that tells your fortune!

Lousy service, so-so food. Granted, Panda Express is to Chinese cuisine what Taco Bell is to Mexican Cuisine, but we were in the mood for some sweet and fast grub, and Panda Express — which I’ve only been to maybe four times EVER — seemed to fit the bill. Wrong. We got there and the store was near empty; only one table had diners seated. I found this to be a little shocking at 6 pm in the evening, but we waited for the couple in front of us to quit sampling and make up their minds before Salina Y. asked us what we wanted. My husband started to order, but after stating his side choice and first entrée, Salina set his plate down and wandered away with no explanation. She was suddenly on a cordless phone, talking to someone, and walking from one end of the kitchen to the other. Husband and I exchanged puzzled glances, not sure if we had been passed to another employee, like Subway does sometimes. Salina returned. «Orange chicken?» My husband again repeated his order. I found myself wondering how durable the glue on our server’s obviously false lashes were, and if the steam from the food had ever caused them to fall off… It was my turn to order, and I picked my choices. I also wanted spring rolls, but as I started to say and point to them, she interrupted me: «Chicken or veggie?» «Vegetable.» She rushed to ring us up, asking if we wanted drinks. I stated«regular soda.» My husband asked her if they had any hot drinks(he does this, always wants coffee or hot tea). Salina said they had some kind of iced tea and while my husband thought for a moment before saying«let’s go with that, then», Salina again wandered off toward the back of the kitchen. She came back, pushed more buttons on the register and gave us our total. I handed over my card, swipe-swipe, and card is handed back with receipt. She walks off again and starts digging through a box under the far end of the counter. We’re standing there thinking«is she getting our cups?» She looked over. «Did you want something else?» I fail at reining in my annoyance. «Our cups?» «I thought you didn’t want drinks.» My eyebrows shoot up, and I adopted ‘that tone’ that — when my mother uses it — makes me cringe. «No, I clearly ordered my *regular soda*, and my husband wanted iced tea as well.» To her credit, she didn’t argue; she handed us cups, no charge, with a sort-of«my bad» type of apology. We took out trays to a table and went to fill our drinks. The food was what I expected: orange chicken and honey walnut prawns, doused in sweet sauce and served pretty warm. Spring rolls also were adequate. The chow mien was not pleasing to me, it was both dry like it had been sitting for a while, and super-soggy. I gave up on it. Husband ate all of his. I like the convenience of Panda Express, in theory, but the service was a HUGE turnoff. If you’re running around and unable to pay attention to your customers when business is slow, I’d hate to see your performance during a weekday lunch rush, Salina Y. I am disappointed that there are no other close Panda Express restaurants near my home. This one is a 10 – 15 minute drive. Trinity Pkwy’s store is about 25 minutes away from me, but the next time I’m craving«fast Chinese food», I’ll be driving elsewhere… or buying some frozen entrees at the supermarket.

We’ve ordered from here quite a few times and it’s been alright… it’s not Dave Wong’s, but it’s close by and fast. We’ve never had any problems with stale food from here, nor have we gotten sick. It’s not be best Chinese food in the world, but it’ll get the job done when you’re not in the mood to cook.

Avoid coming here in the evening if you really need your panda fix because the food will probably be stale from sitting there all day. This is probably the reason the previous reviewer got food poisoning. The service can be bad as well, not very welcoming. I would recommend the panda on pacific in front of best buy.

I GOTDEATHLYILLFROMFOODPOISONINGFROMTHISPLACE!!! If you value your health, you will want to avoid eating here at all costs! I was so sick from eating the pork pot stickers and chow mien from here. I was vomiting for 24 hours and had the worst case of diarrhea for approximately 72 hours. I felt like there was a knife stuck in my guts for like 3 days. I was a grown man actually crying I was in so much pain. I almost had to go to the emergency room at one point. Never again will I ever eat at Panda. Also, it’s nowhere close to real chinese food! It’s an abomination of chinese food! I wish could rate it negative 5 stars!

Okay, these stores are supposed to follow a given recipe so all stores have the same quality and flavor. This store clearly does not follow the original recipe. Food did not taste like Panda at all.
