Extremely poor customer service. In my opinion, if a company does not return a call it is very insulting. I have polished concrete floors and two months ago requested an estimate to have them buffed/polished. Brian Smith came out within a day or two and said he would get back to me with an estimate. After leaving several messages(office, cell, email, smoke signals etc), still no response. Called this AM, to complain to the owner, however, Brian Smiths wife answered the phone and said he was very busy. Acknowledged that they had received my messages, but just to busy to return my calls. She said she would contact him and call me back. To my surprise, she did. Only to tell me he does not feel comfortable doing the job as he is not familiar with the sealer. Give me a break! Integrity missing from Jenco Companies.
