Crazy 8

FYI to all you parents out there! This store has an awful return policy and their customer service doesn’t seem to care about taking your money from you regardless of whether you have a receipt or not! I had made a purchase of $ 56 dollars and returned my items and they deducted ~$ 25 dollars because I was one day over their 60 day return policy. So make sure you get those returns in before their deadline. I had a very unhelpful and unsympathetic experience with the manager at the corporate level. Needless to say I will not be shopping here again, you can’t treat customers this way, especially a hard working mom. I gave them one star because I had to, but wish it could be negative!

Bad experience!!! Employees so rude!!! They ignored me and we’re having inappropriate conversations about how to parent your child! Why would they do that at a children’s store! Never going back to that crazy 8!

Love How organized the store is. Plus They always have great sales for such beautiful clothes for the kids. Keeps me coming back! Always Look in the clearance rack… hidden gem in there!

How have I not heard about Crazy 8 before now?
My cousin told be about the store and recommended I look for their coupons before visiting. Who needs a coupon when everything in the store was $ 12.99 or less? I couldn’t believe it. Items that were usually $ 25 were only $ 12.99!
The regular prices of the clothing are a little pricier than Carters and Target (think Gymboree), so I was excited to get such a great deal on such cute clothes.

One visit and I’m a fan!

My wife, two boys and I went shopping for my youngest who’s two. Upon entering the store looked nice, clean and orderly. My wife and our oldest were trying on peacoats in the front of the store, while I took my youngest to the back to watch television to keep him occupied. As we made our way to the back of the store two sales associates were talking while working at the check-​out counter did not greet us or acknowledge us. As I walked toward the front to show her some awesome outfits, and the prices they had we again were not acknowledged or greeted. A third time, as my whole family and I walked passed the sales associates we were not greeted or acknowledged. We might as well been invisible because it wasn’t until I went up to the cashier to pay for my son’s clothes did a sales associate greet me and acknowledge my presence. When the sales associate asked if I found everything ok, I replied, «Does anyone work here? I may have been able to
find more if there was a sales associate that worked in here.» He replied nervously, «Sorry.» If companies continue to hire employees such the ones at Crazy 8 who obviously do not care about the companies
Performance, Crazy 8 May be another casualty to the «Big Box» stores. It’s unfortunate to have employees that do not care about the company they work for or its customers.

Very loooong story short. We ordered shoes from the store in Stockton to be sent to our home because the store was out of stock of my daughters size. Well, I wasn’t home when USPS attempted delivery, so they left the little note of where I needed to go to pick them up at the post office. 3 visits and still they couldn’t find my package at the post office! I contacted crazy 8 for any help in getting a tracking number, etc. Not only did I get incredible customer service, and what I called for, but when I called back after the post office admitted they had lost the package, they immediately offered to send me a new pair without question! 3 day UPS-​great customer service!

Love the store. Would’ve bought more but associates were not so welcoming. Is it to difficult to say hi or ask if i need help. I was only the 2^nd customer shopping?!

Came in at 7:45pm at night and wasnt sure about the store hours. Had to get some pants for my son’s spirit day. Both associates were super helpful, super polite. My 2^nd time here and my son loves their clothes!
