I don’t have much expectation from fast food but come on… Over cooked and horrible after the staff was done telling each other to shut up and I got to put in an order.

I’ve lived around this area for 9 years and i always go to this Carls Jr when i want to grab a quick bite. I’m surprised there’s a bunch of negative comments on this place. The staff here is super friendly and always check my bag before handing it to me. The place is super clean inside, although a bit chilly.

I came here the other day and there was a homeless man in the drive through right at my door staring at my window. He was begging for food, I said no. When I got up to the window to get my food, he was there again. I told the worker they needed to handle him but the worker just blew me off!!! plus, I Felt Very Uncomfortable as a woman who was alone in her car.
Also, I asked for sauce and fries when I was ordering and they didn’t give me either!!!

This Carl’s Jr gave me the wrong order. A friend of mine went the next day and his was all wrong as well. FAIL

This freaking place SUCKS nut sacks!!! I went thru drive thru and ordered some fod for the family. I have a lot of people in my family, mom, dad, brothers, sister, my kids, nephew, and nieces. So I have a HUGE order. When I’m leaving the drive thru I tell my wife to go thru the bag. WTF??? We’re missing like a whole meal!!! I go bak inside and the guy says «you never ordered that.» Come on, do you really think I don’t remember what the f*** I ordered??? I believe these crew people were not paying attention to my order. I speak better english than they do. I just tell him to go ahead and ring me up. Oh and I forgot to mention that they never gave me my reciept in drive thru.

Horrible service: i ordered chicken tenders and the cashier asked if i wanted sauce and i said ranch. When i got my food and asked the runner if ranch is in the bag. She asked while rolling her eyes «did you want ranch?». I then answered «yes please». If the cashier asks what sauce i want then EFFIN put my sauce in! Plus i ordered a steak quesadilla. I came home and it wasnt in my bag. I called and asked for the manager. I mentioned my order and said they forgot my quesadilla. She was yelling through the phone saying «I PUT IT IN THERE». No u didnt put it in there, if it was in there then i wouldnt have called. Why argue with a customer? Isnt the customers are always right? Anyways they suck! I will not come here again. If i can give them –10 stars i would!

I like the six dollar burgers, as well as the new turkey burgers. Good for a quick snack when you’re super lazy and don’t want to cook.

THE ABSOLUTE WORST SERVICE — from a manager too!
I just got back from this location and I will never go back. I ordered a Six Dollar Burger, Medium Fry, and Oreo Shake. As I was driving off I stick my hand in the bag — like everbody does — except I feel all box and hardly no fries.
So, I go right back in the drive-​thru.
Eventually, I get back to the window. I said, «I honestly would not have come around to snake some fries but I was given very little (showing the box.»
«You shouldn’t have eaten any,» she responded.
«I ate 4, literely. Now the box is almost empty. Like I said, I really would not waste my time or yours but I was just here.»
«Next time you should come in,» rudely she replied.
«Okay, I will but of all the times I’ve been here I never had this happen.»
«Well, I can make an excetion this time.» She immediately closed the sliding window and obviously talks to her grimmy looking young co-​worker who was filling up the soda machine with ice. He was talking and looking at me at the same time. Then a manager came out. ARE YOU KIDDING ME!
«What’s the problem?» Shift Manager Jose says. This was his real name by the way. At least that is what his name tag said. He was a chubby mexican guy who could speak little english. I’m Mexican too so don’t think this is a race thing.
«Nothing, really. I ordered a medium fry and got this (showing him the box).»
«That’s the right size.»
«It can’t be. I’ve been here many times and I order the same thing — Bacon Western Cheeseburger, medium fry, and an Oreo shake. This is not the normal amount. If you think I’m just trying to get a few extra fries, I’m not.»
«Well, you should’nt have eaten any,» he says.
At this point I am PISSED! I should have just returned my food and asked for my money back but I was in SHOCK at the lack of reasonable customer service. A «I would be more than happy to make your visit a positive one — here are ten more fries» should have been the next thing out of JOSE’S mouth!
NOPE…
Literally, all he said, «Okay…sure…okay…,» as he slightly laughs and slides the window closed. Turns away. And Leaves.
The girl immedietly comes to the window, «Here ya go.» Handing me a slightly fuller box of luke-​warm fries.
«I need the other box of fries from you,» she says.
«Okay, no problem. I did not expect all this.»
«Well, we get a lot of people who want free food.»
«WHAT! You have got to be kidding me! Im never coming here again.»
I was so upset I just said forget it. I’m leaving.
Now you can see why I gave a 1 star review. The lesson here: ALWAYS CHECK YOUR FOOD BEFORE LEAVING THE DRIVE-​THRU!
I like Carl’s Jr., but do not support this location. Simply horrible.

Had the western bacon six dollar burger today. Didn’t feel like getting the taco salad because of last time (read my first review) -.- Hah the burger came in less than 2 minutes so it probably wasn’t freshly made. It was still good though so I’m giving them an extra star for that. And the girl behind the register was nice :] so yay for her! Anyways good job on the burger. I like it when they’re not made all sloppy where everything’s falling out and out of place xD
