I haven’t actually been to the store, however I had to call. I made the mistake of sending my amazing yet slightly absent minded boyfriend to go pick up the gift we decided to purchase from his brother’s wedding registry. He managed to get through the check out with out mentioning that the coffee pot was a gift(probably because he also purchased some random items for the house). As soon as I discovered that the item was still listed as «0 purchased» I started to panick a little. How would I get it marked?! I tried to email the company but got no resonse. Then I tried live chat but it was closed. Then I called their 24⁄7 number for the registry department and was on hold for 15 minutes… finally I called the store. I didn;‘t have high hopes when I talked to the sales associate who seemed to have no clue how to help, but she transferred me to her manager, Lisa* LISAISANAMAZINGEMPLOYEE!!! She was sweet and understanding. We don’t live near by — over an hour away — and she managed to help us any way! She sat on the phone with me as I read her numbers and she managed to get the gift marked properly in the registry — and all in less time than I had been on hold for the registry deptartment!!! Thank you, thank you, thank you! BB&B, keep this one! She is FABULOUS!

Love the location of this store! However, it seems crowded for all the stuff they have inside. Once you walk in you’re hit with a tornado of cool things but there’s so many of them that you feel overwhelmed. BUT, that doesn’t stop me from coming here. They have a lot of cool things unique to just this store. Their sampe massaging chairs get me all the time. BUT, beware if you’re a spontaneous shopper this will be the store to do it. Will have to come back again to de-stress with those massaging chairs.

The short: Just another BB&B so if you have been to one of the others you won’t find any surprises here. The long: I always have a hard time with writing review. After recently moving I needed to get a few new things for the house and this just happened to be where they had a nice selection. Really there was nothing that stood out about this location. The staff was just as unhelpful as any other location and the stock was pretty much the standard. If you need that specific item from a home goods store this could be a safe bet. What works: Supposedly on average they are cheaper than Amazon and you get to touch what you are buying ahead of time What to improve: Everything seems meant to appeal to an old 60+crowd besides the random odd item

Came here to do my registry. Eduardo was very helpful and friendly. Explained how the registry works and will recommend all my friends and family to see him for assistance.

This place is getting lamer by the day. They look like they have lots of stuff, but they have great variety where it doesn’t matter and often a poor selection where you’d want a store like this to have one. For instance, I was looking for a spice grinder, they had TWO options. One was a LARGE capacity one primarily for coffee, and the other one looked cheap and clunky. I went a couple doors down to Target and they had FOUR options with reputable brands(so I bought at Target). I went to look at the thermometers, and while it looks like they have options it is an illusion. There were like 4 options that were essentially the same and in the same price range. BUT, the nice expensive thermocouple one I wanted to buy(and which is on their website) was nowhere to be found. WTF? Do you really need 8 – 10 types of whisks(to the exclusion of these other items)?! Lastly, a lot of chefs recommend an off-set serrated bread knife as a good kitchen tool. I didn’t see one. I’m not sure it would matter because most of the knives are behind glass anyway, with no assistants in sight. So I drove out to Spanos Park to use my handy dandy 20% coupon, and they didn’t have the stuff I wanted to buy. It makes me seriously doubt whether I’d want to make the trip again, when I can just buy this stuff on the internet.

Being that I love organization & cleanliness, this place is as good as it gets! Everything is super easy to find, but on the rare occasion that you can’t find something, one of the employees will be more than happy to help you out. With their 20% & $ 5 off coupons, you can score some amazing deals here. You can even use expired coupons AND multiple 20% off coupons on different items(1 per item). Another bonus is that if you forget your coupon, you can bring your receipt in later with a coupon and they’ll honor it. PLUS their return policy is amazing. clean, organized store + great deals = happy me :)

Wow this place is like a wonderland. I could seriously browse for hours and hours there is so much stuff. Good Stuff. I love the«seen on T.V. «section. There is kitchen, bedroom, bathroom and then there are little things like stuff for your feet or good mirrors. I have to only go here once in a while because I could really buy so much. So it’s better I stay away and come with a 20% coupon when I have something in mind. Shop like a man LOL

I recently was running around town trying to find a candy themometer. You’d think stores like Dillards, Pennys, Sears, Macy would have them; they didn’t. I didn’t realize this would be such an unusual item. I finally ended up at Bed Bath and Beyond. They have everything for the kitchen you can think of as well as bath items and linens and home décor as well along with what I was looking for, my candy themometer. Need a kitchen gadget that you can’t fine anywhere else, you’ll probably find it here.

A pretty decent Bed Bath & Beyond. Great service and a relatively clean store. We were looking to update a few window treatments in my Dad’s house and we were able to find window coverings for 3 of the windows we were looking to cover. I was shocked that we were able to find everything we needed in one visit. From new rods to the curtains itself, everything was in stock and I was very pleased. $ 600 later, it was a successful trip to BB&B and those 20% coupons helped immensely. With me sporting my Giants hat, the cashier and I even exchanged in a little banter between me his team, the Oakland A’s. I love when employees can be real and bring it to a personal level when you’re there. It makes the experience much more memorable. Go Giants!

Sign up with Bed Bath and Beyond’s mailing list and every week you’ll get a 20% off coupon in the mail. Save these babies up then use them at BBB. Find everything you need here from linens, to Global knives, to extra dark chocolate — random, I know. When you have the coupon, it will taste even better with your coupon discount.
