Fantastic customer service, great selection of frames and a friendly, knowledgable staff. What impresses me the most is their customer service: they’re proactive reaching out about store hours, unexpected closings (ex. due to snow, etc.), appts, etc. It’s that extra mile that makes all the difference. Highly recommend.

I made an appointment here a few years ago in kind of an emergency situation, and whenever I think back to my experience, I always have a good feeling.
The doctor was incredibly caring, helpful and concerned about my situation, and I absolutely felt like I received the highest quality of care in the short time I was a patient. I ended up needing to see a specialist, but if I ever need an optometrist again, this is surely where I will go.
It’s also worth mentioning that the office itself is gorgeous; probably the most well-​appointed and attractive offices I’ve been in!

We’ve been patients of Dr. John’s since he opened his practice. He’s the best! He’s so knowledgeable and performs the most thorough exam. They have a beautiful office with a great staff!
They have the best selection of designer frames. They also have discounted frames to work within your budget.

Dr. Ippolito is simply one of the best in the business. Him and his staff are very friendly and charismatic, and while professional they make you feel very welcome and comfortable in their office.
There’s a very wide selection of glasses frames, sunglasses, and contacts to discuss and choose from. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable about the different types of frames, lenses, and contacts and don’t sound bothered at all by your questions.
I would not hesitate recommending Ippolito Eye Care to everyone I know.
