Starbucks

Always great customer service! I even once forgot to order my drink iced instead of hot and they gladly changed it for me even tho I told them it was my fault. They all always seem to be in an upbeat mood. Warning– be prepared a slight wait on game days! It’s just how it goes when you live in a college town. Go Pokes!

Loud, loud, loud, and crowded. Never a place to sit. It’s a freakin college day party house. Not a place to sit and get work done.

This Starbucks location is usually good with good customer service. Yesterday, my daughter and I went for coffee around 10 am and it was pretty empty. We stood at the counter for a good 5 minutes before anyone even acknowledged us. When I asked for extra cream in my drink I was curtly told that I could put the extra cream in myself. I paid and that was that. No thank you for coming in or anything. The barista was great and our drinks were great after we added our own cream! The older lady who took our order needs a lesson in customer service. Too bad there is only one Starbucks in Stillwater.

Nothing special, typical over priced coffee in a college town. Only place for drive thru coffee that’s decent. However the management at this establishment is awful and unwilling to work with unhappy customers. If you have 2 more minutes go to Aspen Coffee.

Barista is not willing to help you get the best of this store. I like starbucks, but today’s experience was not the best. It has been a long time since I haven’t came to this Starbucks, but today I went decided to get something good. The barista did not help me much about asking me if I want with cream or without it my iced charamel macciato. I really forgot that I have to ask for cream. But she should have really asked me. Not good experience overall. They seem with no motivation to work somehow.

It’s all that you’d expect from any Starbucks, but with great customer service! I’ve been coming here for three years and they are always consistent with service.

I love Starbucks and I love going here. Most times everyone is friendly and I am in and out. I go to this Starbucks quite often. But there are a few times where I have not been greeted very friendly and some of the staff just has no personality. It’s disappointing, especially when it’s a place I like to go.

The idea behind these mega-​chains is consistency. No matter where you go, you are supposed to get the same experience. This Starbucks does everything right The service is friendly, and I’ve never had a problem here with anything. Once they comped me a drink because they misunderstood my drink order, which they didn’t have to do.
My only complaint is the location, or rather that they need another one for the west side of town, but that’s about it. I think Stillwater can support more Starbucks. A lot of people like the local chain but their hours are not commuter friendly [or at least not for *this* commuter] and sadly their coffee just doesn’t taste as good to me, so I’m willing to drive a little ways to get Starbucks 2 – 3 times a week.
