I have been getting my hair cut by Kirsten now for about a year and she does a fantastic job every time. But tonight they went way above and beyond. I brought my girls with me (a 5 year old and a 2 year old) and they brought out a manikin head for the girls to «style» the doll’s head. But it gets better — my 2 year old is potty training, and she is 100% for going #1 — not quite as good with #2. Sure enough, we didn’t make it to the bathroom in time (#dadfail). This could be a nightmare for many upscale salons, but the entire staff, owner included, took care of the situation with so much grace. I was very impressed by how well they handled having young children in there — which speaks volumes about the overall leadership at Purefex Salon. Keep up the great work!
