Moldy parmesan cheese in packets in Stillwater Oklahoma. Ruined our pizza. Called them and they didn’t seem to even care. They just said «Thanks for letting us know «. But what about our ruined pizza. Guess I’ll be looking for a new pizza place!!! I can spend my money somewhere else!!! OH BUT THE PIZZA IS GOOD.

Really good pizza, good service, people that say otherwise haven’t been here. I order pizza here about 3 – 4 times a month and the are always on time and the pizza is always great.

We have always been please with the speed and freshness of Papa Johns in Stillwater. We order delivery about twice per month. I don’t recall them ever getting our order wrong.

Incompetent! The last three orders I’ve placed 2 have been wrong and instead of trying to make me happy they just said sorry. I had to demand a free pizza, then asked for a manager to call me. Of course no one called. There excuse was they were busy. We’ll maybe if you got orders right the first time you wouldn’t be so busy.

While i enjoy the flavor of the pizza, I will never order from them again. I ordered today and I live in a house that has a fence around it due to we have dogs. The gate is located at my front door, not because that is where we want it, but because of logistics. We also have a doggie door in the front door. The pizza delivery person came to the front door and opened the gate, which is not a problem. Herein lies the problem, THEY STOOD THERE WITH THE GATE OPEN!!! Now I ask, would you rather eat your pizza while its hot or chase your dogs down the street for the next 2 hours to keep from getting a ticket? Need I say more?

Stephen Colbert regularly makes fun of Papa Johns for claiming they sell pizza and, at least at this one, he’s right. There was a Papa Johns close to the University of Tulsa’s campus so I got use to ordering from them and when I moved out to Stillwater I just kept ordering Papa Johns delivery. Then I started getting sick after eating the pizza and the last order I placed come with the completely wrong pizza in the box.

Great pizza. Tastes so fresh and not greasy, especially compared to other pizza places. I also like the thin crusts. So crispy. I highly recommend Papa John’s. This place is take out or delivery only.
