Awful!!! Do not go here! I came in for a full set and pedicure. While doing my nails, she asked me if I wanted gel instead of acrylic and told me they last longer. NOPE! I had to get them done a week and a half later somewhere else and they told me that they were in fact, acrylic. The new place also told me that my nails look like they’d been done a month ago because they all just pulled right off. When the lady at Nails R Us did them, she wouldn’t even go down to the cuticle after I asked. So when I left, it looked like they’d already grown out. Awful. THEN while doing my pedicure, she cut the sides of my toes too far in and I ended up getting ingrown toe nails on BOTH feet. Talk about pain… I can not believe I paid for that. This was a month ago now and I’m still upset. My poor toes :(

This place was clean and accomodating. The people were nice, but it felt a little rushed. The french shellac just didn’t hold up; chipped the next day. I’ve had better elsewhere.

This is one of the worst places I have tried. less than 1 star. The place was not very clean, the pink and white fill I got was horrible.

Exactly what I’ve been looking for in a nail salon! The place is clean, the staff is very friendly, and professional. I don’t have anything negative to say about Nails R Us. It’s wonderful
