Very helpful staff! Great service! A beautiful selection of jewelry.
I recently had my rings made larger. I didn’t have to wait for weeks, they were ready in a few days. The fit was perfect and they shined it up and they looked brand new!

Like most places in Stillwater, the staff at Leonard Jewelry is friendly and sociable. However, also like most places in Stillwater, the staff simply don’t know how to do their jobs correctly.
I took a nice watch of mine in there to have the band replaced. The guy helping me (who, again, was very friendly) took the watch in the back. Over half an hour later, he comes back, but the band is on upside-​down. He says the band is «confusing» to him, and tries again. Finally, after over an hour in total waiting time, he gets it put on correctly. When I take my watch home, I find that there are many, many scratches on the back as the result of his incompetence (the strap had never been changed before, so I’m sure these came from his shoddy work).
Bottom line: If you know what you want and how much it should cost, and Leonard Jewelry has that very item, I’m sure they’d be fine to deal with. However, if you need any of the care or attention to detail usually associated with jewelers, I’d go somewhere else.
