I moved here 2 yrs ago from Enid. I love KFC the ones in Enid are great but this one is Stillwater is awful !!! The service is so bad. Worst service in town !!! I tried to give it several chances but every single time. I get rude people or it takes forever for my food. One time I went inside and they were to busy talking instead of working. I waited for a long time. I didn’t even get I’m sorry. Won’t go back !!!

The crew during the dinner rush was working like a well oiled machine. I was not looking forward to going back into town anywhere near the homecoming activities but didn’t want to cook either. Expecting to wait 15 minutes like I have in the past, I was thru the drive thru with a 16-​pc family meak in hand in under 5 minutes.
The chicken (original recipe) was less greasy than it’s been in the past, which is a good thing. The biscuits were hot & fresh. And the cole slaw was tasty — though I prefer slaw not chopped up so fine. Still not a fan of their potatoes or gravy but the husband & kid inhaled them. Mac & cheese needs flavor improvement but it is kid friendly.
Whoever was working this evening around 6p — they deserve praise. Smiling crew, neat & clean even when observed thru the window. One young man complimented my hat. Perhaps I’ll visit this KFC more often.

Avoid this KFC. We are usually KFC fans but we’ve lived here for 3 years and this one is consistently bad. They won’t keep hot wings stocked and even when you call ahead of time to have them ready when you get there, they don’t follow through. This is by far the worst KFC we’ve seen and have given up on trying to go there.

This will be short and to the point. The chicken was gross. I went to the drive through and only went two block to a hotel. It was pooling in grease and the sides tasted like they were days old.
They only get two stars because the biscuits were still awesome.
