We were disappointed by the quality of the responsiveness to tenant problems (e.g. they would call for an issue and eventually call us the owners instead of the management company.) Additionally, we were disappointed with the quality of the move out process. Despite a move out report detailing only minor issues and the tenants receiving a significant return of their deposit, we ended up having to pay over $ 2000 in repairs and another $ 1000 for debris removal.
