I took my Iron Man handheld to him because of poor suctioning and after the excellent repair job on the first upright. He took it to the back and sucked up a stuck leaf and sent me on my way. No charge. What a winner. Found a vacuum repair place that I can trust and rely on.

If you want a great product! Light weight! and EXCEPTIONAL «customer service», you need an Oreck!
My service from day one has been fantastic. There is a problem., I call, they say «bring it in» and I’m leaving 15mins later with a fixed machine and on my way!
My girlfriend recommended this vacuum to me a few years ago., I splurged and spent what I thought was too much money, and glad I did!
Way to go «stevenson Ranch» store!
