Have never been so disappointed in my life. The office staff couldn’t care less about a resident that has medical issues. My father was told by his doctor that he could no longer live on his own and needed to move into an assisted living facility. The staff said well there is nothing we can do to help differ the cost for breaking the lease and wouldn’t even contact their corporate office to see if something could be done. I realize my father is not the easiest person to deal with but they could care less about dealing with seniors.

My Mother has lived her for years and it is truly a great place for seniors. But there is one HUGE issue. NO automatic doors??? so those with wheel chairs, scooters or walkers are unable to get in and out of there building. For a senior home, I would think that would be a requirement for fires and emergencies.

I am happy to say that I have been a resident at fountain glen in Stevenson Ranch for 7+ years. My experience with the office personnel and management team has been great. They have been very accommodating and quick to address any issues that have arose. They Also provide a wide range of activities and community building events to keep things lively and exciting. Erin V has especially made my time here very pleasant. I have had to move out of the complex on 2 separate occasions for personal reasons but have returned each time because of the easy living and lifestyle provided by Erin and her management team. I love it here and cant imagine a better environment and community atmosphere for senior living than at Fountain Glen.

Really nice place. Staff is friendly and knowlegible. Nice community room and pool/​BBQ area. Plenty of shopping and restraunts close by. Atmosphere fresh and lively. Apartments are in great condition. Pets totally accepted!
