I have seen Dr. Peyton and most of the PAs over several years. They have all been great to work with. I find the staff to be professional and courteous. I’d note that they are training a few new people at the moment but have not had any problems. Dr. Peyton has treated me on multiple occasions for multiple injuries and has performed five surgeries on me to date(I have complicated medical problems). I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone. Dr. Peyton is knowledgeable and willing to listen. If a patient is passive, Dr. Peyton will provide his assessment and move on quickly to the next issue – it is a business after all. If, however, you are a patient who requires more info, he is happy to explain as much or little as you require. While he has strong opinions(which, being a doctor, he should), he is also more than willing to listen to alternate perspectives and take those into consideration. I have have never felt I was rushed out the door. Dr Peyton has been willing to admit when he is at a loss and has always been honest about what he knows, what he doesn’t, what the risks are, and where I ought to turn for additional help.

Stopped going here because of the most lousy experience with office staff ever experienced before to man. Trying to get in touch with the P.A. there(Dan) was impossible. He was good to deal with, but the red tape surrounding him was too much to try to break through. Don’t go there expecting to get out on time. Office visits my friend received would be 2 – 3 hours just to get a simple x ray. The last time we had gone there, and had voiced our disapproval with the condescending head of the office staff, we stopped in to a coffeeshop down the street and struck up a conversation with total strangers — they had also been Peyton patients and also had complained about the horrible treatment they received from office staff.
