McDonald’s

McDonald’s food is pretty standard. This one is one of the most consistent with their locations. The staff is friendly. The lines move quickly, both inside and through the drive through. The bathrooms are decent.

Well I had to re-​check the location on Unilocal to make sure that had the right McDonald’s based on previous reviews. I eat breakfast at McDonald’s all the time and this location had the best McDonald’s breakfast in the area I’ve had. The eggs and bacon were perfectly cooked.
But beyond the food the guy taking orders, I believe his name was Brandon, was the best McDonald’s employee I’ve ever seen. Someone at Clydes or another higher end joint should go recruit him because he was way over qualified. Great demeanor, good rapport, helpful.

Worst McDonald’s in the area! I just took a chance on their drive-​thru because I was in a rush … Big mistake! I ordered a double quarter-​pounder meal. When I got to work and opened my bag I was greeted with a buttermilk chicken sandwich. This was after I watched the woman at the window read over my receipt while peering into my bag, confirming my order with me. I hope that got them a good laugh because I will NEVER patronize this location again, EVER.

I know this is fast food and I am not expecting the highest level dining experience. But the first thing I noticed at the counter was a trash type smell. I would of left and gone else where but I was tired and hungry. I ordered a Quarter pounder with cheese meal. The quarter pounder was good but the fries were limp and not fresh. Upon waiting for my order I noticed the dining area wasn’t clean. There was dirty tables that weren’t cleared and not wiped down. The floor was also dirty. The drinks station was not wiped down and stocked properly. One of the two ice dispensers was either out of ice or not working. There was only one other customer. I heard a lot of chit chat coming from the staff behind the counter. Evidently they were not concerned about cleanliness or the customers especially doing this time when they weren’t busy. I’m not coming here again.

Well, it is McDonald’s. The cashier was nice, but it took 15 minutes for a small fry and cheeseburger…

This is the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. If I owned this place, I’d fire everyone. starting with the GM! Ck out the pic I snapped of the garbage…

We go here call the time and everything is pretty consistent quality and food the drive thru is fast and convenient and they seem to always get it right which is good

This location is poorly managed. I suspect the owner is either too busy to handle the demands of this business, or (mistakenly) believes this is a turnkey investment opportunity.
I won’t review the food because… McDonalds. What disappoints me is the ineptitude of the employees.
Not once, but TWICE, I’ve ordered a Two Cheeseburgers meal and received burgers without… well, burgers. I got Kraft cheese and ketchup sandwiches. No fun.
Recently, I ordered an Egg McMuffin meal around 11:30AM on a Sunday. I pulled up to the window to find the employees arguing with each other. The teenage boy at the presentation window had noticeably filthy fingernails. After waiting too long, I received my sandwich. The boy said «uhh…you have to park for your hash brown.» No «please,» no «sorry,» no professionalism at all. After parking and waiting too long again, another teenage boy dressed in a street hoodie finally brought out the hash brown. But not before sneering at his buddy in the window and doing a bit of a begrudging dance in the parking lot. Please. Beavis and Butthead are NOT ready for public-​facing positions.
The McMuffin looked and tasted as though it had been hanging around since early that morning. To top it all off, there was something gritty and crunchy in the center of the sandwich. Tasted like a mouthful of sand.
If you’re in the area, consider the Ashburn McDonalds instead.

The slowest and the worst McDonald’s ever. 10 mins to order Mocca coffee. I made sure I specified at the time of ordering it was a hot drink. 10 minutes later I pulled up and I get handed an iced drink. I told the girl I specifically asked for a hot drink. She looked at me like «how I dare to ask for what I ordered!» She took her sweet time to pour a hot drink from the machine and finally handed it to me with a puss on her face. Anybody can make a mistake, but I would expect at least «a sorry». Nothing. Do these people know about customer service???

Tasted CHEMICAL in their hash browns! They can’t even fry hashbrowns properly!!! The Worst McDonalds I’ve ever had!

Food is okay … But the older african american man at the window always looks at me in a disgusting and perverted manner. Literally lowering the stars based on that alone. Management, get control over your employees. Truely unacceptable behavior.

My order in the drive-​thru is ALWAYS wrong!!! WRONG, WRONG, WRONG! Never coming here EVER again!!! Don’t bother, the food sucks too– cold, stale, messy!

I don’t expect much from McDs but do they have to lie? If you ask for fresh fries they will agree then dunk the old fries back in hot oil for a minute. Results in horrible greasy burnt fries. This has happened multiple times, always eat a fry before you drive away. Burgers generally completely cold.

Horrible taste. Horrible to wait 18 min for salad. Manager was less than professional. Called corporate and they did nothing and acted like they were bothered. Worst place ever! I would not even give a star but couldn’t post without.

WORST McDonald’s ever!!! Orders are WRONG more than 50% of the time and service is SLOW. They got my order wrong yesterday and today, that’s 100% wrong in 2 days. As some reviews have already said, they are retarded and do not speak English. Even when our school has fund raiser nights there, the complaint among the parents is that the service is slow and incompetent. Opt for the locations off Cascades and near the Dulles Town Center. DO NOT PATRONIZE THE COUNTRYSIDE MCDONALD’S!!!

I don’t really see all the fuss here. When I drive through the area sometimes I get a snack here. The people are always friendly. Most if the time they are pretty fast. On the times they were not, the dinner crowd was there. I can understand that.
This last trip, my BigMac extra value meal was just right. No complaints here.

Worst coffee I’ve ever had in my life? Check. Egg McMuffin with stale bread that was way too chewy? Check. Half-​cooked hashbrown that was still partly frozen? Check. Simply awful.

They never get orders right. I recently had a bug back stroking in my coffee. Great way to start off the morning.

I just wanted to chime in, this McDonalds got other bad reviews, and I totally agree. This is the closest McDonalds to my home, and it sucks. The drive in people cannot speak english, that is why they really screw up the orders. I have just quit going because the chances of getting a good meal, the way you want it is pretty low. My expectations for McDonalds is never that high, but they usually do not hit my low expectation.
The good news, there is a burger king and KFC Taco Bell in the adjacent shopping center, and a new Chic Filet nearby.

I normally travel through this drive thru about once a week for breakfast and have never had a wrong order. The drive-​thru is very quick, but don’t expect both stations for ordering to be up and working all the time, even on busy mornings. They are quick and speedy, that’s their plus.
Service is on par with fast food and usually hot when served.
