This place has a great happy hour, is close to my old house, has fun bar poker, and is where I met my fiancée.

Smoking in the bar is all you notice as you enter this local gathering spot. Forest green and cheery otherwise, the main room is definitely not promoting healthy lungs. However, there is another room void of tobacco fumes where you can dine. The food is adequate, (not gourmet), and freshly prepared. Nothing distinguished their Mexican dishes.
