When I booked online I was looking at the extended stay on waterview sterling but some how it booked me here. First impression the room was okay sleep away chair was broken and they only give you one pot for cooking. The alarm clock was not plugged in. Walked into the bathroom and found 3 live roaches crawling in the bath tub. Through out the entire stay they were everywhere. Luckily we didn’t have any bed bugs but still have one more night so we shall see. The refrigerator is covered in rust and barely shuts properly and the toilet barely flushes. Breakfast was tasteless muffins coffee oatmeal oranges and apples. My daughter actually found a fake orange in the basket LOL. All around the premises there are empty alcohol bottles and trash. Not sure what happened to this location usually have a great experience with extended stay but this time was horrible. Never again. I had to come back yet again to update my review. The roaches were starting to come out of the microwave. On their website it says check out is at 11am around 1020 house keeping came and basically kicked us out. This is probably the worst hotel stay I have ever had. I am usually a forgiving person but this was beyond forgivable. Also someone had gone to every door and put a cross above the peep hole –_– in what looks to be holy water. How creepy but hopefully it’s a blessing:) But the coffee was good I will say haha

Can I give this place 0 stars? Horrible horrible place. Found bugs all over the place, received over 50 bites, had to go to the ER3 times, developed cellulitis and have permanent scarring on my leg as. What’s worse is they refused to compensate me. Currently have a lawsuit! Don’t stay here!

This was a Priceline«Express deal.» I didn’t know about the motel prior to booking and once I found out and read the reviews, I was scared… This is a «you get what you pay for» motel… I paid $ 45 and I got a $ 45 experience… The first room I was given was supposed to be «non-smoking», but it smelled so strongly of smoke that my allergies/asthma started acting up and I lost my voice. There was also a noisy barking dog next door. I marched down to the front desk to get a room change. The front desk clerk was nice and he changed me to room 359 in the third building, which was WAY better. No smell and looked considerably cleaner. However, upon closer inspection, there was a lot of damage in the room — stains on the comforter, peeling wall in the bathroom, burn marks on the carpets, 2 lamps didn’t work. it went on and on. Luckily, there were no bugs(as other reviewers wrote). On the plus side, it was QUIET. I couldn’t hear adjoining rooms or the planes landing. Also, the front desk clerk called me a cab at 4:30 am which actually showed up on time. So, I had a mixed experience. This motel is in serious need of updating… if you stay here, expect a 45 dollar experience. Enough said.

Wow. This place is basically a horror film waiting to happen. Rude front desk. Better service at the bates motel. The room was FILTHY. I changed rooms and it was slightly less Filthy. It was like housekeeping did not even come in before to either of the rooms to clean. Both rooms featured unmade beds, kitchen area ransacked, bathrooms that looked like they were just used, and lots of dust. The first room had stains all over the place(carpet, bathroom, bed sheets…) Do not stay here.

Due to a reservation mix-up, I had to spend one night here instead of the hotel I was initially booked into on my first night. I was very disappointed with the lack of cleanliness of the room & and even more disappointed with the state of the bathroom – filthy and cleaned by me before using. The bathroom sink and shower were filthy, with a large quantity of hair left in the shower drain. The carpet was not clean – stained and did not appear to have been vacuumed well or recently. The bedspread/cover was dirty/stained. The TV remote was greasy with finger prints in what appeared to be Cheetos residue. The front desk staff did not appear to be concerned over my pointing out the lack of cleanliness and did not offer to switch my room or reduce my rate or offer to have a manager speak to me the following morning upon check-out. For the price, I have experienced much better in other comparable hotels. On the positive, it was quiet, with no sound coming from the parking area or the adjoining rooms. The cable TV was ok, and the reason I stayed(other than not having anywhere else to stay the last night) was due to the bed sheets/pillow cases being clean.
