We gave UNO’s another try. The manager was thoughtful enough to give us vouchers from our last visit. The hostess was very friendly. This time the waitress we had was professional, courteous, friendly, and brought our food out lightning fast. I had to take a quick phone call outside and by the time I came back in our main courses were out. We had salads to start with. I had the salmon with sides of broccoli and rice and my friend had the chicken with sides of potatoe and rice. My dish was on the gluten free menu. Both meals were healthy, tasty, and not overly greasy. We decided to splurge and had coffee along w/the oreo, vanilla ice cream, brownie for dessert — very good way to end the meal. The customer service rep(manager) that sent us the voucher was from out of state — thank you — we appreciated the gesture.

The deep dish pizza was on point! We were struggling with cutting it up and out of nowhere the manager came by and finished cutting the pizza and put it on our plates. Really good customer service! Thank you!

Pizza was alright. Beer was good. Atmosphere was nice because of my beautiful wife. Server was upbeat and friendly but a little slow probably because they were busy. I’ll be back for more beer and pizza. I will say when I walked In it felt like it was to dark but I got used to it after about 10 minutes but it took a while for my eyes to adjust.

Had a Jambalaya & Numero Uno Deep Dish. As always the pizza was tasty and had lots of toppings. The crust is buttery and good! I am always pleased with the product and would love if they built more locations.

Very good steak. Just like the Brazilian ones! The Rebeye is just perfect. Keep the good work and I will continue coming.

This place is amazing! I just moved in down the street and it caught my attention the day I moved in so my boyfriend and I tried it out. I got the prima pepperoni individual pizza and he got the uno pizza. Not only was the waitress great but the pizza was AMAZING!!! Deep dish, fresh cheese, sauce and pepperoni, and the sauce is crispy, buttery(without being oily and gross) and soft at the same time!!! I get the marinara sauce instead of their chunky sauce. I order mine with ranch too which has to be house made because it’s so good as well. Also, their blood orange cosmos are always $ 5 even when it’s not happy hour and they are great. The manager stopped by our booth both times I’ve dined here to make sure everything was great. I think they just gained a regular :)

I LOVE their deep dish pizza here and my son loves to make his own icecream sundae and pizza. However, customer service is so hit and miss. Out of the 3 times I went to this specific one, my husband and I actually WALKEDOUT! We have never done that before! We were ignored for 10 minutes before I stopped the host and asked him for our waitress. A manager already walked by in that time and didn’t bother to ask why we didn’t have drinks or anything yet. A girl showed up to tell us she isn’t our waitress, but she would grab our drinks. I ordered a water and my husband ordered a can of redbull. She first said they didn’t have redbull(even though they do) and then brought my water but«forgot» the redbull I guess. We just walked out.

Yes, the deepdish pizza is amazing here and always has been. But the restaurant itself isn’t always spic & span clean, and the staff just doesn’t really care about enhancing the customer experience. They updated their menu a few years ago and it’s similar to Cheesecake factory in that there is WAYTOOMUCH on the menu, and way too many options. The food itself is good but besides the deepdish pizza I don’t see what’s so special about this place. I ordered a create your own flatbread pizza with mushrooms and basil. It was good and I was satisfied with it. But the staff really needs to pick up their game with energy and not being fake while trying to be pleasant.

Good food and the kids love the«make your own pizza». We have been here several times and like the diverse menu. We’ve had the pizza and different entrees and salad and haven’t been disappointed ao far. The staff has been friendly each time that we have been here which is a plus.

Patio, deep dish pie, service, wedge salad, weather, all perfect. Oh ya forgot the $ 2 ice cold draft beer. Only customers that took advantage? Of a warm night on the patio. Our server didn’t seem to mind at all. Manager even came out to check on us also!

Real good pizza with even better crust — as we got the 9-grain crust. Service was great, I just wish the pizza was a little cheaper.

Uno’s is my ultimate pizza go to! Absolutely love the flavor and freshness of the número uno! Introduced my coworkers to the place last night, everything was delicious! If it wasn’t enough that the food was great our waiter Ted was one of the best! We really appreciated the attentiveness!

One of the 2 locations that is still around that I know of. I’m addicted to the pizza skins appetizer and love the lobster and shrimp scampi pasta they often feature. This location offers curbside pick up which is so convenient for people on the go… like me! The staff is always so pleasant and friendly and always willing to accommodate your needs. I think I’ve only had 1 bad experience here(it was during a dine in) but all the good I get at curbside trumps that. They accept credit cards, yes at curbside too… And are usually very quick with carry out/curbside orders. Average of 10 – 20 minutes depending what you order. Bön appetito!!!

The Pizza and salad were really good. The menu is huge if pizza and salad are not your thing. They have a nice drink menu as well. Really, one of the better corporate restaurant chains out there these days. I would happily come back anytime. This is Chicago style pie pizza. The side crust is the best part. I don’t order this style often but I love it every once in awhile. We got the one with the Italian sausage. I’ll be back on the future.

I was pleasantly surprised with a recent visit to Uno. I had been once before, in Chicago, for some deep dish. The deep dish at this location was pretty great as well. Another person and I split the Numero Uno, which comes with onions, peppers, cheese and mushrooms. It was delicious. And just for context, the«regular» deep dish comes with 6 decent-sized pieces and is a perfect amount for two hungry people(or three mildly hungry people). The personal size comes with 3 – 4 slices I believe. The Caesar salad was especially surprising. Very big for a side salad and the dressing was above average. Others ordered shrimp scampi, lobster and even burgers. This place does have it all but it IS a pizzeria so I stuck with pizza. Makes sense, at least to me. The service is good and prompt, too. There are enough good beers flowing on tap, including Bell’s Oberon and Two Hearted and Blue Moon. The beer is nice and cold, which is always nice. A lot of TVs too, in case you’re a sports fan. This place isn’t too shabby when it comes to getting value for a meal and enjoying good food. It’s a tad on the pricier side, but with the right amount of splitting orders a group(or even a couple) can leave with some extra cash. But seriously, try the deep dish. It’s a pizza place!

Great gathering place and friendly service. My husband and I have gluten intolerance and they are very careful with making sure that our food is delivered correctly. Staff is always friendly. I love their chili as that is the only place locally where I can get a gluten free bowl of chili.

When I first had their deep-dish pizza I loved it! After experiencing other family owned pizza places I discovered that there are much better pizza places to spend my money. The crust tastes like a corporate planned crust and have an excessive butter and yeast taste that lingers… Enough said. Try out family owned pizza places that care about their pizza!

Going into Uno for our first time we were unaware it specializes in pizza, and really didn’t know what to expect. We started with Mozz sticks, I like them crunchy with a snap when you break it. These were a little undercooked, in my opinion falling apart as soon as I picked them up the cheese falling back on the plate. But they tasted good. I got herb chicken, with redskin mashed that was VERY clumpy, and broccoli. It also came with a breadstick. Very yummy! They also had a nice choice of flavors for hot tea. I got raspberry my favorite! My boyfriend got a sandwich and fries which he said was good. The service was overall good however a little slow towards the end to get the bill. I think I would come back, but. Honestly including tip I ended up spending $ 36.00 and getting clumpy mashed potatoes I felt like I was overpaying a little bit.

I used to LOVE going to the Uno’s in West Bloomfield … until they closed. The only one in the metro Detroit area is this one, in Sterling Heights, and it used to be a 45-minute drive for me … but now it’s 20, since I just moved! I ordered the salad and pizza lunch combo, for $ 8.99($ 7.99 if it’s not a specialty salad). I’m the type that normally would just be like GIMMETHEPIZZA(not a salad person) but I was pleasantly surprised — my salad came with an Asian-lime dressing and was delicious. It was also HUGE — I was expecting a small little side salad. Then came the pizza … as delicious as I had remembered it.(and 1750 calories, unfortunately, but today will be a cheat day …) Uno’s has different pizzas for different days, and today’s was cheese and tomato, and they let me add mushrooms(my fave pizza topping). I ate half the pizza and took half to go. Our waitress was very fast and efficient, and I was able to eat and leave in a little under an hour. I will definitely come back to this Uno’s!
