Always good food at Panera. Their rewards club offers you discounts and free items. It’s worth signing up for if you enjoy eating there. The area where your food order is made and the plates are placed on the counter for pick up should have some type of glass barrier like they have at salad bars. Our food order was ready for us but we had a group of 4 people hovering over our plates, standing too close and leaning next to the food counter. I felt like they were just too close to our food. Who knows if they had colds or coughs. Thumbs down for that. A glass barrier to guard against strangers talking inches away from your food would make it a much more cleaner and sanitary experience. Most people stand back a bit instead of leaning into the counter, but it only takes one person or group to put a damper on your dining experience. Otherwise, the Panera staff is always friendly and helpful. The restaurant always looks clean.

Stopped in here today for a quick bite before shopping. It was pretty crowded but I snagged myself a booth. The counter lady was informative when I asked what was in the frontega chicken panini, and I ordered that and it was pretty good — the mayo was surprisingly spicy but it gave it a nice kick. One weird thing was that I had to ask to get a water cup — most of the Panera Breads I have been to have it sitting by the drink counter.(maybe because this is a mall and they want to circumvent moochers? Not sure.) I’d come here again when in the area.

This is a great Panera location. You can eat and then go shopping, walk around to lose some calories ha ha. I ordered a «Pick Two» and they gave me a nice big bowl of broccoli cheese soup but they burned my Frontega Chicken. When asked if I wanted another, I said it’s fine.(I was pretty hungry so I didn’t care too much.) But the guy said, «Hey, no worries. I’ll make another one for you.» Took a couple more minutes but it was worth it, and I appreciated the guy’s candor and courtesy. He could have said«F it» but he was a good employee, and that’s all you can ever want from someone handling your food.

I was at the mall with my family and decided to have lunch in here on Saturday afternoon, the place was almost empty, we ordered mostly combos Sub/Soup or Sub/Salad. Out of the 3 orders 2 came out wrong… I ordered the Chipotle chicken sandwich but received a non-chipotle sandwich instead, when I went back to let them know, hoping they will build my order as I asked, they just gave me a small container with chipotle sauce to add to my sandwich… My sister in law ordered a Chicken Cesar salad with the dressing on the side, she got the salad without chicken… went to tell them about it and they apologized and later came to our table to deliver the order, they added the chicken but also added dressing to it… Had to take it back again as she asked to have the dressing on the side. For a place with at least 4 staff members working and almost empty place these were too many mistakes on a single order.

Fresh and tasty sandwiches here and a quiet place to sit down for a bit. Next time I stop in Panera Bread I need to remember that I can order ½ a sandwich. I don’t eat here often enough to remember that this is an option. The Smoked Ham & Swiss was very good. The fillings were well chilled and the rye bread and spicy brown mustard were the perfect choices. After finishing this combo, kettle chips and a pickle spear too, I was good to head out for a bit more shopping.

Tucked into the corner right next to New York and Company, this is the perfect place to escape the crowds, cool your heels and replenish for the next round of stores. The only thing I hate is that whenever I want an iced coffee I get a cup of ice and I’m pointed to the hot coffee. Hot coffee+ice= watered down iced coffee.
