A real gamble if you eat here.

Hmm… the jury is kind of out on this one. I ordered a chicken fattoush salad. I got a beef shwarma combo plate. The food here was okay. The shwarma had a really nice flavor to it and the meat was tender. The torshi portion was meager. The vegetables were limp and didn’t have much of a crunch to them. The salad was pathetic. Iceberg lettuce with huge hunks of tomatoes and onions, covered in a thick white sauce that I think was a combination of mayo and sour cream. The prices were higher than other Middle Eastern places I have visited yet the amount of food I received was WAY less. Usually combo platters come with rice– not here. Still, the shwarma flavor was good enough that I try to order from there again. Now I just need an interpreter to go with me.
