Food is typically good, but if you get«Mike B!» as a server, make sure to ask for someone else. He proceeded to correct my grammar(I said«can I» instead of «may I») and embarrass me. He proclaimed he «HATED» when people said it wrong. He came across as extremely rude and pompous. He also blamed us for our gift card magnetic strip being deactivated and was visibly annoyed that it was«such an ordeal» to call over a manager to help. He ought to get the stick out of his behind and be nicer to the customers. Otherwise he is going to be hurting for tips!

Good is consistently good and service is also great. I enjoy this location very much.

Had ordered a carry out with few different type of wings. Let me just say they were horrible very hard not chewable at all. The the sauce and flavors were fine it’s just that it tasted frozen like. Never thought I’d go wrong with ordering wings from a wing joint.

Greg gets 5 stars! We went there a few weeks ago and had a great time. Greg somehow managed to keep track of the bean burger, the boneless wings, the hamburger, all the appetizers, the milk for Mom and he made a beer suggestion for Dad. Oh, and the onion rings! It was mass chaos in the best possible way.

Nicely remodeled B Dubs. Food seems better prepared here than the other franchises around. Cheeseburgers are absolutely horrible though. They’re just the typical frozen patties and are over cooked. Atmosphere and staff=5 stars Wings and sauces=4 stars Burgers=1 star

Food is average and not a good value for what you get. The last time we were here, my wings had very little seasoning and the rest of the meal was nothing special. I like the new location and the outdoor seating, but it’s probably one of the last places I consider going when I’m hungry

Walking in, no one greets you, just a sign saying seat yourself. There is an employee standing at the podium, but she can’t be bothered to even say hi… appetizers came out quick and they were good. Wings came out quick too, the parsesan garlic was way too hot and I’ve had them several times… desert took a long time to come out, and they took to the wrong table even. Our server Josh wasn’t very attentive. would have liked napkins and extra plates for desert but didn’t want to wait for it. Took a long time for refills too. The place was pretty dead on a Sunday evening, so don’t know what the issue was, other than the employees were more concerned with the football game then the customers. Bathrooms were downright disgusting, dried urine all over the floor by the urinals. Won’t be back to this one…

I got shrimp tacos and felt like the portion was tiny for the 10 bucks I paid for it. I thought it came with fries or a side and it didn’t, there was barely any sauce in it. Our waitress wasn’t around for me to order a side or ask for more sauce. She seemed to be more concerned communicating with people she knew. I ended up grabbing more food after I left to satisfy my appetite. Disappointed.

The waiter we had was really cool. But the prices for the wings are too high, and my wife got fish tacos 2 tacos and tortilla chips for $ 10 that is just crazy money for tacos. This place is just too pricey!!!

I used to come here pretty routinely, but the service gets worse and worse every time. I just recently had to walk out because I didn’t even get a waitress for 10 minutes. I know it can be busy, but 10 minutes is way too long to wait and not even get a drink order. I will never go back to this location.

Probably the worst experience I’ve had at a BDubs. The wings were dry and my entire order were the drums(which I don’t like as much). I will not be coming back to this one again.

Comparing this to many other local Bdubs, which I have extensive experience with. First place with the new décor that I’ve been to, which is nice. But they wouldn’t allow split sauces on one order of wings, which most places do allow. Also they don’t accept the Grub Club lunch punch card. They punched mine, but only with a pen and initials… not sure it will be accepted at other places. I have choices in which Bdubs we go to lunch at, and we will choose to go elsewhere now. Also — they don’t open until noon on Sunday(hours shown here are incorrect), which I found annoying.

The food was good, but this location is only getting 2 stars because of the service. The waitress never came to check on us. Her and a group of other workers were just sitting at a table folding napkins while their customers were all getting upset with the horrible service. The cooks get the stars. The wait staff should all be fired.

Granted it was a Saturday evening and they were packed, our pick-up order was awful! We had fried mushrooms, an Italian burger(a special with pizza sauce, mozzarella cheese and pepperoni with garlic parm sauce on the bun). And my fiancé chose a a chicken ranch wrap with teriyaki sauce. All with fries. Mushrooms: we’re squishy like they’d been sitting out for a while and then dumped in the box. The fries were all cold and sparse as a single side. The burger was charred and tasteless and the mozzarella sticks weren’t melted. They too had that floppy, reheated appeal. Plus, the burger was rather spicy and I like the garlic parm sauce! The wrap was almost worse than the burger. The chicken was tiny and it was packed with tomatoes and lettuce that had gotten mushy! I love right off 59 so it only took two minutes to get there and we waited ten out of the 15 – 20 they said to. The food was gross and we actually plan to return tomorrow to complain.

Wow, I give them a good review come back and they treat my family and I bad. Sad. I hardly even give bad reviews — much more prefer to talk about what I like. So what is wrong here? They made us feel cheap and stupid — in every little request we asked of server. And I’m not cheap — spending $ 50⁄60 for a family of three for a fun dinner after a movie is not expensive. But it sure sucks when they treat you unimportant and like you are bothering them.

I’ve been to BDubs(as it’s commonly called) many times over the years. I’m not a sports guy, nor am I into beer. That leaves wings. And the wings here, well… Have you ever gotten a date with someone that everyone desires? Then, during the date you suddenly realize that you don’t understand why you were into them at all. This is BDubs. The sauces for the wings are good enough, if not completely uninspired. Nothing pops out and says, «This is what separates us from the rest.» This place is completely and totally overhyped, and not worth the trouble. Don’t get it twisted though; I’d go if that’s the only place my friends would go, but it would NEVER be in my top 5 pick of place to eat.

Standard BDub’s fare here, although the service at this location and the 15& Utica location is pretty stellar overall. Both locations get packed pretty often and it’s a good spot to watch the game. However(there is always a ‘however,’ isn’t there?) … the prices seem to magically go up all the time. Wings(bone-in or boneless) seem to cost 10 cents more every time I come here, and I don’t like how on 50 cent wing days you can only order 6, or 12, or 18. Why can’t I get 8 or 16?! You used to be able to do that! Oh well, things change I guess… Parmesan garlic hasn’t changed though. The best wing sauce they have!

Tried something different! I liked it! I tried the flat bread with the five cheese and pepperoni. Very good. After eating that several visits I tried the Buffalo Chicken one as well. That was pretty good too. With this many visits I have to mix it up. Excellent choices. Too many decisions.

My five star rating is relative. I’m not giving five stars when comparing this Buffalo Wild Wing’s location to all the restaurants in the universe. I’m giving it five stars when comparing it to other BW3’s in the area. The little things make this location special. It is clean. The servers are efficient. The staff is very friendly. The food is always consistent.
Another plus for me is that this BW3’s location has paper towel dispensers in the bathrooms. Something lacking at most other BW3’s. I have never understood why a place that specializes in messy finger foods wouldn’t make it easier for their patrons to clean up. Perhaps it is my OCD talking, but who wants to go wash up before they eat only to have to touch that nasty door handle when leaving the bathroom. Again, you are eating with your fingers here. The CDC would be none to happy about this during flu season. Ever eat a batch of Blazin’ and get a runny nose? At some locations, you will have to debate using TP or your sleeve to wipe that pepper induced postnasal drip. Not at this location.
I know there are many Buffalo Wild Wing’s haters out there. However, you have to admit, they do some things right. There is no denying that the food is tasty. They do try to keep their menu fresh. I love arriving to find out they have added a new sauce. I have read complaints about their prices. Yet, they are fairly inexpensive. Moreover, they have multiple specials going on every week. Go on a Tuesday for cheap traditional wings or on a Thursday for lower priced boneless wings if you wanna save some money. It is hard to complain about $.60 wings! Finally, the atmosphere is inviting. To some extent, BW3’s can be an activity. I mean you can watch a sporting event, play trivia, or just socialize with friends. You always feel welcomed.
