It would be great. If they had stuff in stock. This is the third time I’ve come to this location and they are «out» of the item I’ve ordered. Very frustrating. They offered to make my reese’s sundae with hot fudge. Doesn’t that make it a regular hot fudge sundae???

I was so disappointed in the baskin Robbins ice cream cones! The cake cones are so stale birds wouldn’t eat them! Proper storage of said cake cones needs to be corrected ASAP ! Horrible cones even a kid would notice!

This is the second time this sort of scenario has happened. It’s 4:30am right now:
«Hi, yeah, I’ll have a double scoop of Mama’s Makin Cookies in a waffle bowl.»
«We don’t have waffle bowls right now.»

«Well we’re out of that flavor too.»
«I’ll just have blueberry cheesecake then.»
«We don’t have that.»
«What? Yes you do. You always do.»
«Nope, we don’t have any kind of cheesecake.»
I don’t know if this lady just figured I wanted some kind of cheesecake in general instead of the ice cream flavor she should be fully aware of, but this has happened and frustrated me to the point of not ordering anything twice now.

I typically really like this BR /​DD quite a bit due to the cleanliness, fast service and consistency of the food and drink. It’s great that they have a quick drive through when you have a car full o kids and just need a coffee. I took one star off because the price varies too much. Sometimes they charge me one price for my drink, sometimes another. It always makes me wonder if my drink will end up correct.
