So delicious! The food quality is fantastic! All the food was so fresh. They take great care in seeking quality products to give to their customers. Try the flank steak salad and the fresh squeezed juices… Yummmmm

Ate here for lunch. Had the pesto chicken and goat cheese salad and my wife had the salmon and eggs on greens. Both were full of flavor and the perfect portion size. The corned beef sandwich looked good too. I’d probably try that my next visit(unless I get the salmon and eggs again!) Nice to sit outside at mountainside too.

«Good Morning!» is how I greeted the service person who opened the door promptly at 8am today. She didn’t even look at me. She was so pressured in speech and unfriendly while taking our orders that it just threw me into an unhappy space. She barked so fast to take something and to sign the credit card slip that I didn’t understand what she said. However she smiled and greeted the next customer like they were friends. I didn’t even eat 15% of the chicken and waffle that was pretty greasy and untasty. What a horrible way to start the day as we end our week here in Steamboat, where everyone was in general happy and kind

VERYVERY disrespectful to their consumers. Will not be back or recommend this place due to the horrendous cashier. The girl seemed too hungover to be friendly.

This was the best lunch we had on the mountain. The Italian sandwich, the Ruben and the biscuits and gravy were awesome. The breakfast burrito was huge and also great. Great lattes. Very friendly service.

I really wanted to love this cozy little dining spot at the base of skiers paradise, but I was mostly disappointed at every turn. My prosciutto and cappicola sandwich was pretty much thrown together and featured some of the grisliest meat I’ve ever tried to chew through. Any restaurant can have a bad day though, so I gave them a second try. This time I ordered a bowl of chicken and dumplings. The thin and peppery soup featured very finely shredded chicken, cubed potatoes, and a few commercial-grade gnocchi which were supposed to pass for dumplings. This wasn’t Grandma’s chicken and dumplings. In fact, it wasn’t chicken and dumplings at all. On the positive side, the eatery served-up huge baskets of tasty homemade French fries, and the staff was so friendly I hesitated to even write this review. Three stars are generous.

Excellent breakfast… large portions are great value. I had the $hit on a shingle… Very tasty and probably big enough to feed two. Wife had the chipotle salmon… Also very good. The plAce was really busy so I had to stand in line for about 20 mins… But was worth it for a great breakfast and a couple of mimosas. I’d go again.

I’ve eaten here twice and had great food both times. Both experieneces have been for brunch. I would recommend the chicken fried steak or the SOS. My wife had the B&G and enjoyed it, but was a bit suprised at the crumbly texture of the biscuits. They were like a corn biscuit in that regard. Still very tasty.

Oh my goodness, what a great place for brunch. Beautiful view from the outdoor patio and tons of appealing things on the menu which make it hard to decide between. Everyone knows that the key to a good sandwich is the bread, it was delicious bread(see pictures others posted). Highly recommend the pesto sandwich, it isn’t overly pesto-y but is just right. I will say that the service was a little iffy. You order inside and the woman at the register was very friendly. She was taking orders and making drinks very quickly. I asked for water which apparently gets delivered to the table but it took 20 mins before we caught someone to bring it. Frankly, once eating the sandwich I didn’t mind so much.

Hello Steamboat Springs, and what a welcoming breakfast we had at the Paramount. We went back again and again for breakfast and lunch throughout the long weekend. Recommendations: The breakfast sandwich with sausage is exceptional. This ain’t your grocery store sausage! The egg BLT: roasted tomatoes and homemade bacon. The fruit and granola: they make their own granola nestled in milk and top it with fresh fruit. Wasn’t crazy about the coffee but the food and service were dazzling!

I had just returned from my hike up to the top of Thunderhead and then to the summit. I was tired and starting to get hangry(yes, I said hangry not hungry). I just wanted some good food to take back to my condo so I could relax… to my delight, I LOVED the French toast! It was absolutely amazing! I was also a huge fan of the homemade bacon. I am a bacon fanatic and it was the best bacon I’ve had yet. Juicy, not overlooked, but still had a great crisp. The flavor was so savory. It went really well with the French toast. The French toast is thick, not over battered, great flavor, and comes with cooked apple slices that stay crunchy. I would definitely eat here every day. It is on my list of go-to places to eat here in Steamboat Springs.

Love the Turkey sandwich! It’s amazing. The bread is so good. The staff is one of the best in town. Becky kills it.

Food is decent, can be hit or miss. Service is guaranteed to be a miss. Takes forever to get your food. At least it’s a nice view if you get to sit outside.

GREAT lunch spot to grab a break while having a fun day on the mountain. Having been here on numerous occasions, at different times of the day, and at different points in the year i have never walked away disappointed from this place. I have tried nearly everything on the menu, with the exception of any shell fish dish which my wife fully approves of, and have been quite impressed with each one. A couple of my favorites are the steak sandwich with Horseradish sauce, the chicken tortilla soup, and the cornbread for an appetizer(which used to be jalapeño cornbread but I am assuming it just didn’t appeal to everyone). The seating inside is a bit tight quartered but the staff does a great job of working hard to get the tables cleaned and ready so that they quickly turn over. There is also heated seating outside of you don’t mind that. Give it a try. Sure you’ll enjoy.

Hmmm. I came here based on the food reviews being good. I must have ordered the wrong thing, because the food was not the greatest. My boyfriend and I had breakfast here on Sunday before we headed back to the city. I must say that the service wasn’t half bad, they were attentive, and made an effort with refilling our glasses. The food on the other hand was sub par. I had the biscuits and gravy, the biscuits were rock hard and the sausage gravy was cold. Ice cold. My boyfriend had the chicken fried steak, which was some sort of mystery meat… We dropped some on the ground and our dogs didn’t eat it… :(It was pricey to boot, which I get, it’s the mountain, it’s a resort town… things are going to be pricey, I just wished the food was edible. Maybe it was a bad day, I don’t know, I just know that I most likely wont return anytime soon.
