I just had them re-​key two locks that I actually bought elsewhere. No problem, can do, finished while I waited. They also fixed one of the locks that was always a little sticky. Like ten bucks. Wow. Less than Home Depot. They also can get more Emtec lock sets we need for our new house, no problem, bring one in if you can or email us a picture and we’ll match it and re-​key to what we have now. Everyone else we talked to told us it would be hard to match everything.
Excellent. Friendly people, not expensive, anxious to please. Can’t get any better than that.
