The management here is terrible and incompetent. They are rude and they will assign fees out the ass unnecessarily. Avoid this complex at all costs.

Cambridge is not at all what I expected from my tour. I have lived here three months and have already had mouse, ant, roach, and spider problems. Also my unit went two weeks without a microwave at the beginning of the semester despite multiple maintenance requests. The door to our apartment does not shut properly, hence all the critters getting in, and our fridge is covered in rust. The best thing about Cambridge is it being on the bus route so I do not have to have a parking pass!

I was looking for a cheap, furnished one-​bedroom for a year and toured several complexes in Statesboro before finally choosing Cambridge@Southern. The staff was very easy to work with, especially given all of the non-​traditional requests that I had as a non-​student. I would definitely recommend Cambridge as the place to beat in terms of staff friendliness.
