I work in Staten Island and order from here pretty frequently. The staff is very friendly and the food is great. Their sandwiches are really good and they use great bread. They deliver which is a plus as most places do on SI. I can tell you that you MUST have their «Grandma Sicilian» pizza! It’s like a work of art and made to order. Fresh mozzarella and fresh sliced basil… cooked to perfection. Sometimes I’ll order one before I leave work and drive it home to Jersey! Keep the great food coming.

Placed an order for the first time last week and was so disappointed. Overcharged on the order and the girl who took the order told me is was because it was a credit card order. I told her I would then pay in cash and she hung up on me. When I called back she put a man on the phone who would not let me get a word in edgewise. He also hung up on me. I called back a third time and told him to cancel the order. He told me he couldn’t because his machine was broken! It could only charge but could not void! He could have called the credit card company but he refused. Then he said he would return my money in cash. He didn’t do that either. The delivery guy showed up and told me his boss said to cancel the order myself through my bank! What a way to do business! Since there is a pizzaria on SI every few blocks… I will not be ordering from them again. Terrible customer service!

When this pizza was delivered to me, I had to laugh of a lifetime. I opened it up and lo and behold I saw a pizza with no marinara sauce whatsoever. So I decided to call Ti Amo Pizza and tell them that they forgot to put the marinara sauce. The gentleman there was fabulous and his customer service was outstanding. He was great. That’s why this review got three stars. But, however he told me that that’s the way the pizza comes in Staten Island, it’s a New York thing.. lol! Still don’t get it, pretty interesting concept, not a pizza if you ask me … pretty crazy. I’m from Chicago and this is NOT how we do it in Chicago … Definitely one of the weirdest things I w seen in my life … I think I’ll stick to Chi town … The craziest thing I’ve seen in my life.

Love the food! .staff! .chief! Always happy to come here for a slice or salad! .or many more options they offer on their menu! My favorite part is being able to customize the order (advantage to Paleos and Vegetarians).chef cooks with a lot of oil but it’s taste soo good at the end! Their buffalo chick slices. Spinage slices are great! Salad is awesome (minus their sauce, food is great without sauce)! Prices are great making it affordable so you can eat more!
