It’s extremely difficult to find a good stylist on Staten Island… that being said I took a risk and searched via Facebook. I called this establishment and was informed that it’s by appointment only but the owner was nice enough to tell me to call back in 2 hrs… I did and thankfully she allowed me to come in (last minute on a Saturday, yes Lord!). This place is gorg… yes it’s important that my hair is slayyed to perfection but ambiance/​décor also plays a role in how comfortable I am. I was comfortable! T (the owner) took care of me and was professional the entire time no matter who sat in her chair… I can tell she takes pride in her work. I got a simple ponytail… I plan to return in order to try her for an install because I liveeeee for a good install!!! I will definitely be back. Convenient location… decent price… accepts credit cards… gorg salon and professional stylist!!!

It took me a while to review, but I don’t like sharing my secrets lol SheandHer Salon is the truth. Owner, Tierra has been doing my hair for almost 5 years and she has never stared me wrong.
She is very knowledgeable about hair, weave and hair aftercare. There is a makeup artist name Jada that is the truth. She really beat my face every time. I love this shop.
Let’s not forget Sheandher give their customers complimentary wifi, beverage and you can watch movies on the store iPad. Tiera really put thought in building this establishment.
Tierra is excellent at every type of weave. In the past i have gotten sew-​ins, lace and silk closure, leave out with my weave, vixen weave, versatile weave and whatever else weave types there are out there.

Great salon!!! Staff and owner very welcoming felt comfortable as soon as I came in the door. Prices are affordable and great work. I will continue to be a client. Much success for She & her hair studio & spa.

Been coming here since grand opening! Tiara is the bomb with all hairstyles. I come in with a picture and she makes it happen! She’s sweet and attentive. She shows concern for your hair under the weaved style and that’s most important. Her staff is professional and what else can I say but I’ll be returning time and time again.

This is a great hair salon. Tierra is amazing at what she does. I went in with a style I had in mind and she did it perfectly. I was skeptical about how a short cut would look on me but it looks AMAZING! I would definitely recommend this salon
