I went to brunch here for the first time and was pleasantly surprised. Unlimited beverages, the beginning of the meal pastries and and fruit was enough to fill us. But then the main course was huge. My husband and I manage to finish my entrée and we wrapped his and the remaining fruit and pastries to go home. The service was fast and efficient. The atmosphere was cozy and the bakery items on the other side was so tempting and beautiful. This is great café place and would definitely return.

I ordered a groom’s cake for a rehearsal dinner and I was blown away at the precision of the design of the cake! Not only was this Ferrari cake gorgeous looking it was absolutely delicious! The balance of the fondant and the filling was PERFECTION!!! I’ve eaten fondant cakes that are way too sweet, this one was absolutely PERFECT!!! Salvatore is an artistic genius!

TERRIBLE SERVICE, CRAMP SPACE & VERY LOUD
This place is a glorified bakery. The space is very small, cramp and extreme loud.
The wait staff will ignore you for a few minutes before asking to seat you AND you’ll be lucky if you don’t have to wait an hour for a table. The wait staff takes forever to take your order and even longer to bring it. For the price, go to a restaurant not an overpriced bakery.

This is the place to go for breakfast or brunch! They have a good brunch menu that is 22 $ per person but ordering just a breakfast or brunch entrée is enough! The portions are HUGE and the food is always delicious. By far one of the best breakfast/​brunch food places and you definitely get your money’s worth. Only been there on Sunday’s and it’s always packed and a little loud but I don’t mind that. Staff is also very attentive!

Had brunch there yesterday. And, all I can say is «Wow!» Absolutely delicious from beginning to end! The portions were huge. Service was awesome. We (there were 3 of us) got there at 10:30am and were seated right away. By 11:30 the place was packed. I bought a couple pastries on my way out and if I’d have known how yummy they are I would have bought a dozen! We will definitely be back.

Love this restaurant. Food is always fresh and delicious. Service is friendly and attentive and I like the casual atmosphere. This is one of my favorite places to eat.
I love that at the end of the meal when you order coffee, they give two little complimentary biscotti. Nice touch.

PB is the best, particularly the Forest Ave bakery/​restaurant. The food and the baked goods are delicious and top notch. Once you eat there, you will always return for more of their mouth-​watering food, including their smooth homemade gelato.
They have a wonderful Sunday brunch and all meals prepared fresh for dining in or take out. They also cater. The polenta is the best as is their eggplant parmigiana. Italian pastries, cookies and all kinds of cakes are fresh and in abundance. It’s my favorite Italian restaurant and bakery.
The prices are reasonable and portions are plentiful. Pasta dishes are creative and prepared the way you want. Excellent variety of salads and appetizers. Calamari is crisp on the outside and tender on the inside.

Loving this place! I’m so sad I didn’t come here ealier, but now living in the neighborhood, I’ll be coming here more often! The chef is great, cooking is amazing & the staff is really nice & friendly! So many options with everything sounding great. the meals I had was super. I know I’ll be here so many more days to try everything on their menu!

If you’re going to Bruno’s, you better go hungry. Brunch is my favorite meal here! You can’t go wrong with paying their flat rate of $ 21 on a Saturday or Sunday morning which gives you a large fruit platter, a platter or assorted croissants and breakfast pastries, a meal, and juice, coffee, cappuccinos all included.
Upon arriving, we were seated immediately. Everything was very clean and the décor is warm and classy. The staff is all uniformed, which I find to be a perfect, professional touch. The entirety of the staff is very friendly and even more professional. They all have something to do.
Food! Large portions! There was soooo much to eat and it was all delicious. The food all has a beautiful, unique display. Bruno’s is by far the best brunch on the island.

Bruno hits #1 on my list of the best place for brunch and dessert. The selection of desserts is massive and they are all delicious. The brunch is indescribable, you have to just come and experience it for yourself. The staff is really friendly and nice and it’s a great place to come to for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Although the brunch is very popular here, I prefer going on a weeknight and enjoying one meal instead of a huge mountain of food that leaves me over stuffed from the large plate of sweet breads.
This is also a good place to go for rainbow cookies and some of their other pastries are quite special as well

Well we all know that the pastry chef rules so to lunch we go ordered an arugula salad simple but perfect! Oh three can eat from this salad. Had the jumbo shrimp dinner special for lunch. Actually really good ! Great job guys!!!’ Especially my waiter he was on top of his game made the experience that much better thank you Saul

food is excellent service was good the deserts are to die for. I would recommend if you come for brunch to make a reservation it can get very crowded on the weekend. You could still get a table but you may have to wait a bit

This place has a great brunch. They give you a plate of fresh fruit and a plate of pastries to start. Then you get a giant helping of whatever you order from the menu. They also have some of the best espresso I have tasted on the north shore. Definitely check this place out.

I went here for brunch one Sunday morning and it was absolutely amazing. The staff was pleasant and courteous and the food was delicious. The pastries given before the meal were insane. I highly suggest going here for a weekend brunch!

My daughter recently had an Oscar Night themed Sweet 16. Sal at Pasticceria Bruno listened to our ideas on what we envisioned and created an amazing 4 tier cake with a Red Carpet and all. The cake was fresh, tasty and absolutely beautiful. My guests loved the cake and it was as good as it looked. I highly recommend Pasticceria Bruno on Forest Avenue for all your special events as Sal is a master of his craft.

You really can’t beat the $ 21/​pp brunch here. It’s an endless amount of food and coffee.
To start a giant plate of fruit and one just of assorted pastries. I recommend the Hampton Benedict with lump crab meat. There was so much left over that I brought it all home to a happy husband.
Can’t wait for next Sunday.

I can never get enough of this place, its by far the best and so much better than the one on HYLAN.
Very clean and professional helpful staff.
Food is delicious and always fresh, even the pizza is really good.
The breads and sauce they serve you in the beginning can be so addicting, its so damn good, its like a tomato paste, DELICIOUS! Just want to put it on everything.
I love there pasta dishes and they always have specials every day which are awesome and sound really good too.
Decent prices and always stay for dessert! SO MUCH TO CHOOSE FROM! & its worth every single sweet bite with a nice cappuccino!
This place is awesome and everyone should try it at least once if there around the way.
